Ocenila jsem hlavně podporu, praktické rady a to, že vše okolo hypotéky zařídil, takže pro mě to znamenalo jen podepsat dokumenty a poslat peníze, čili žádné stresy a žádná zbytečná ztráta času s úředníky. Doporučuji :-) I turned to Honza when arranging the first and second mortgages. Mimo jiné zvládne založit účet, vyřešit pojistku a mezi tím sehnat úvěr na pár mega za nejlepší úrok. Strach o to, že mi uteče s penězi nemám a to je vlastně všechno co potřebuji. Hypotéka pro nás bylo úplný neznámo. Honza za námi osobně přijel, vše vysvětlil a poradil. Kdykoliv jsme si na něco vzpomněli a potřebovali poradit, ihned reagoval. S vyřízením hypotéky jsme neměli skoro žádnou práci, protože Honza vše s bankou vyřídil za nás. Do měsíce byla hypotéka vyřízena a to bez nejmenších problémů. Po dřívější zkušenosti se zařizováním hypotéky jsme rádi, že jsme našli finančního poradce, kterého finanční oblast baví, má opravdu velký přehled a zajímá se o aktuální dění. Pan Zeman nám navrhl možnost, která nás vůbec nenapadla a jak se zdá, je pro nás velice užitečná. Žádné běžné návrhy, které uslyšíte u většiny finančních poradců, pan Zeman nás přesvědčil individuálním přístupem a návrhem, který byl výhodný přímo pro nás.
