P	Pia Kramer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flot hotel som skulle være spa himlen. Vi følte det var spild af penge vi købte 3 dage med detox som vi ikke anede hvad indebar. Vi fik ingen info om at vi havde adgang til 3 behandlinger af nogen så brugte kun 2 af dem. Vi troede spa indebar varme bade og forskellige saunaer, der var 1 lille pool med 29 grader vand og 2 små boblebade. Der var stillet 5 liggestole som ikke indbød til afslapning da der ikke er hyggeligt. Behandlinger koster det samme som I dk. Værelset var vanvittigt flot men lugtede af gammel røg og kloak. Hotellet ligger i smukke omgivelser men vi manglede info om hvad Hotellet kunne byde på og evt nogle turforslag. Great hotel which was supposed to be the spa heaven. We felt it was a waste of money we bought 3 days of detox which we had no idea what it entailed. We got no info that we had access to 3 treatments by anyone so only used 2 of them. We thought the spa involved hot tubs and various saunas, there was 1 small pool with 29 degree water and 2 small hot tubs. There were 5 sun loungers which did not invite for relaxation as it is not cozy. Treatments cost the same as in Denmark. The room was insanely nice but smelled of old smoke and sewage. The hotel is located in beautiful surroundings but we lacked info about what the hotel could offer and possibly some tour suggestions.

В отеле достаточно грязно, в номерах не убирают, персонал не приветственный, даже грубый. Спа зона как в дешевом профилакторий. А самое главное это ужасная еда. Это не 5 ⭐️ это пансионат из прошлого I chose this hotel as the most expensive and beautiful from the outside, but this is just a cover story. The hotel is rather dirty, the rooms are not cleaned, the staff is not welcoming, even rude. The spa area is like a cheap dispensary. Most importantly, the food is terrible. This is not 5 ⭐️ this is a boarding house from the past

Vytka pouze smerem ke kuchyni, neni uplne spatna, ale zrejme krapet utrpela covidovou pandemii, napr. dezerty spise pekarenske vyroby nez cukrarske, maso nekdy tvrde. Beautiful hotel with cozy rooms, great views of the town. Great place for balneotherapy: the water of the Vridlo spring delivered to the hotel for drinking and balneological purposes. Finnish sauna and pool. The cousine could be slightly improved though. (English below) Beautiful place, beautiful building and rooms, excellent spa ovens, Vridlo introduced for drinking chicken and spa purposes directly in the hotel building, sauna and swimming pool. The blame only towards the kitchen is not entirely bad, but apparently Krapet has suffered a covid pandemic, for example, desserts are more of a bakery production than a confectionery, and the meat is sometimes hard. Beautiful hotel with cozy rooms, great views of the town. Great place for balneotherapy: the water of the Vridlo spring delivered to the hotel for drinking and balneological purposes. Finnish sauna and pool. The cousine could be slightly improved though.

M	Martin Gaiser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Location is wonderful. Everything looks great and the Rooms are fine too. However the personal was not very friendly. Many times we did not feel welcome or treated like a customer. When we tried to check in we were ignored by ther personal for about 10 Minutes. That was not a great start at at all. The treatments were fine. Breakfast was very crowded and we were asked to sit to a table to other people. This is not ok for a 5-Star Hotel. Many times our Questions were answered vague or not answered at all. In conclusion: The Hotel is very nice and looks beautiful and definetly deserves the 5-Star rating. The staff however does not match the 5-Star Hotel! Generally I was pleased with the Trip but I will probably try another location/hotel for my next wellness trip.
A	Anna Zubko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience! Advantages: the location is top, very beautiful 1912 building, the view is gorgeous. The room and the hotel itself are super clean, well maintained. There are some restaurants, but during my stay only two were opened. The food was typical Eastern European, especially the dinner buffet. Spa area is ok, but there are not enough sun lounger (about 6 only for such a big hotel ?), so you have to be lucky to get a spot to relax. Besides that, there is only one small sauna. Medical treatments were good and the doctor was nice, friendly and attentive to the details. Hotel offers a lot of different medical procedures and treatments, I think everyone can find something for her needs. Why not 5 stars? The service could be better for a 5 stars hotel standard. We had a couple of unpleasant situations when the hotel staff was ignoring our questions and answered us in a rude way..or didn’t answer at all ? during the dinner, for example, we asked the service lady for tea cups (there were no clean cups at the buffet table), the lady just told “ok” and left. After that she was passing by many times and demonstratively ignored us... unfortunately there were some similar unpleasant cases at the restaurant...I hope, the hotel management will take this into account Generally we left Hotel Imperial with positive feeling and would like to come back ?
