★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je 8:20 a prodejna má zavřeno ač otevírací doba je uvedena od 8:00!!! Nejsem z Brna,tuto prodejnu jsem volil skrz otevírací dobu,abych stihl přijet do práce.
It's 8:20 and the store is closed even though the opening hours are from 8:00 !!! I am not from Brno, I chose this store through the opening hours to be able to come to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes po dlouhé době jsem musela navštívit prodejnu za účelem výměny holderu, kterou jsem si vytelefonovala ,na chatu i na lince IQOSU. Charakteristická je zde nepříjemná obsluha, která s Vámi jedná absolutně nepřijatelně Neporadila jak tedy vyčistit holder a když jsem ji prosila i o předvedení vyčistění i nabíječky tak mi řekla, že to jde . Podotýkám tyčinky už dlouho neobsahují líh, takže obyčejné tyčinky hrubší nečistoty nevyčistí.
Today, after a long time, I had to visit the store to change the holder, which I called, on the chat and on the IQOSU line. Characteristic here is the unpleasant service, which treats you absolutely unacceptably. She did not advise how to clean the holder, and when I asked her to demonstrate cleaning and the charger, she told me that it was possible. I note the sticks have not contained alcohol for a long time, so ordinary sticks do not clean up coarser dirt.

Queria comprar um acessório iqos, falei inglês, falei com gestos, ela ainda mostrou o acessório que eu queria e depois de pedir outro produto, a senhora exclama “NEROZUMÍM” e enfia de volta os produtos na gaveta ao que a fecha com toda a força recusando a vender o que queríamos
Horrible service from the lady behind the counter. I wanted to buy an iqos accessory, I spoke English, I spoke with gestures, she even showed the accessory I wanted and after asking for another product, the lady exclaims “NEROZUMÍM” and puts the products back in the drawer and closes it with all her strength refusing to sell what we wanted

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just came there inside today, said hello calmly and asked TWO packs of TURQUISE HEETS and showed by hand ✌️ and pointed to the heets I want. The cashier didn’t even say hello and very rudely screamed “NERAZUMYEM”. I’m sorry but if you don’t understand english and sign language I don’t know how else you should accept international customers. Need to work better with choosing workers. Good luck.
