★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Potřebovat jsem vyměnit baterií v hodinkách. Ochotně mi ji vyměnili a za servis neúčtovali nic. Nedalo mi podíval jsem se na nabidku jejich a musím říci, že to stojí za to-jak se rozhodnu pro nové hodinky ⌚, rád sem opět zamířím!
I need to replace the batteries in my watch. They willingly exchanged it for me and charged nothing for the service. I could not look at their offer and I must say that it is worth it - how I decide for a new watch ⌚, I will go back here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V pobočce Královo pole jsem kupoval hodinky jako vánoční dárek. Od předání se stále opožďovaly, 2. 1. jsem je dával na reklamaci, po více než 30 dnech bez reakce ze strany obchodu, jsem se na pobočce zastavil osobně. Obsluha vůbec nevěděla kde hodinky jsou, musela volat vedoucí obchodu. Po 15 minutách čekání mi bylo řečeno, že šlo o neopravitelnou vadu a byly mi bez omluvy vráceny peníze. Kdybych se nezastavil osobně, tak asi čekám na výsledek reklamace dodnes, nehledě na to, že zjistit neodstranitelnost vady po více než 30 dnech je taky dost bída, Takže Top Time nikdy více.
At the Královo pole branch I bought my watch as a Christmas present. Since the handover was still lagging behind, on 2nd January I gave them a complaint, after more than 30 days without a reaction from the store, I stopped at the branch in person. The attendant did not even know where the watch was, she had to call the business manager. After 15 minutes of waiting, I was told that this was an unrecoverable defect and I had no money returned. If I did not stop personally, then I'm waiting for the result of the complaint to this day, notwithstanding the fact that finding out the irremovability of the defect after more than 30 days is too poor, So Top Time never more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To,co jsem tam dnes zažila mě dost přesvědčilo o tom,že už tam nikdy nevkročím! Ikdyž sortiment zboží je pěkný,ale přístup jedné z prodavaček,to celé zlikvidoval!!! Při pohledu do vitrín s hodinkami se mě jedna z pracujících zeptala slušně jestli chci poradit,tak jsem položila otázku,se kterou si ani ona pořádně nevěděla rady (mě přání bylo hodně specifické) ,tak se s otázkou obrátila na svou spolupracovnici,která řekla,TAK TO NEVIM,NEJSEM INTERNET,TO SI PANÍ MUSI NAJÍT NA INTERNETU.... Nooo,tak v ten moment jsem měla jasno,že tady nenechám ani korunu!!!!

Looking into the display cases with a watch one of the workers asked me politely if I wanted to help, so I asked a question that even she did not really know (my wish was very specific), so she asked the question to her co-worker who said SO I DON'T KNOW, I AM NOT THE INTERNET, IT'S MADE TO FIND IT ON THE INTERNET .... Well, at that moment I was clear that I won't leave a crown here !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Potřeboval jsem vyměnit baterku ve starých dámských hodinkách. Zeptal jsem se v této prodejně, jestli takovou službu provádí. Bylo mě řečeno, že ne u všech typů hodinek. Obsluha se však ochotně podívala na přenesené hodinky, u tohoto typu šla baterie vyměnit. Bylo to na počkání, celé to zabralo cca 2 minuty. Záruka na vybití baterie byla 3 měsíce. Dalo se platit kartou
