★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nechapu zdejší negativní recenze. Pravidelně sem chodim nakupovat a uplatňovat vouchery na iquos. Obsluha je vždy velmi ochotná a ještě se mi nestalo, ze by mi nedokázali poradit. Naopak bych řekl, ze tady maji mnohem větší přehled o produktech než na zákaznické lince. Prodejna je navíc velmi pěkná a čistá. Rozhodně mohu doporučit.
I do not understand the negative reviews here. I come here regularly to shop and redeem vouchers for iquos. The staff is always very helpful and it has not happened to me that they could not advise me. On the contrary, I would say that they have a much better overview of the products here than on the customer line. The store is also very nice and clean. I can definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Navštíveno ze zvědavosti, dávám 2 hvězdičky pro moderní a luxusní stav prodejny. personál je podle mě podprůměrný, moc neporadí a dotazy typu vaping nebo iqos nejsou zcela jistě zodpovězené.
Visited out of curiosity, I give 2 stars for the modern and luxurious condition of the store. the staff is below average in my opinion, they don't give much advice and questions like vaping or iqos are definitely not answered.

Very nice staff, nice two ladies, they took about 30 minutes and I left completely satisfied.

Not a nice experience.
1 star is just because the shop was in a good and clean condition.
