Iris Hotel Eden

Very bad experience. Stupid rooms with no possibility of opening the windows. Air conditioning doesn't work properly. Come to Iris hotel eden if you want to suffocate and die.

Good hotel adjoining the Slavia football ground and local sport venues, often seems to host international sport teams of various sorts. Comfortable beds, friendly service and excellent breakfasts. Have been coming for several years as tourists, WiFi much improved in 2021. Good location for easy reach of Prague centre by no.22 tram, a great way to soak up the local atmosphere.

Very nice hotel. Almost all staff speaks Russian, very friendly. In November was promo - free parking for car. A lot of small nice things in the rooms like: good smell shampoo, bathrobe and slippers. Tea, coffee and teapot in the room. Everything is good quality. Breakfast was good enough although tables are too small and too near each other. Location is great near big shopping mall, cafes, markets, tram stop, bus stop. Recommended also for Slavia fan. There are some rooms in the hotel, that has a special view to stadium to see the game. That was the first time there. Week laterwe came again and it was SO big difference. Firstly, again receptionist said that we have to pay city tax. But this time we remembered that in the cite, where we booked it was included in the price. And i made the person check it. So we were not charged this time, but first time were. This is just couple euros, but I can’t imagine how many people just pay it and don’t way anything. Is it way to earn some money or what? The room was not so nice this time, even shampoos were different… there were missing small pillows and bathrobes. I told at the reception before going to dinner and asked to bring them. Girls at the reception took the note, but seemed to busy talking to themselves. Because After 2 hours i came back and nothing changed. I was very tired after all day, wanted just took shower and sleep but i couldn’t dothis. Had to go again to reception and ask again then i was waiting for half an hour for this small request that had to be done 2 hours before. And the most interesting part: second time we paid almost twice than first one!!! First time also we were given some free water and of course no at the second time. What happened with this hotel for a week?

The rooms are maintained good and their service is amazing. The receptionist was soo friendly. It's located at perfect place.

The hotel is noisy it has dirt and had cigarette Stains on room carpet the curtains in room look like they never been washed quite stained even the lamp shades were stained. Well so as i paid ln full they were not able to give me anything back also they mixed up my reservation. It does not look like it does on website big disappointment. I had to get out of the place Please think again before you come here.

I haven't ever been living in the football stadium before. The place is nice, rooms clean and well looked after every day. Breakfasts great and people kind and helpful.

Good hotel with friendly staff a bit further from the center of the city, but still very well connected by several tram and bus lines. The breakfast was good, although the coffee machines causing long queues could need an upgrade.. It's part of a stadium, but due to spending the day in the city, we didn't experience any noise or crowds from any games taking place. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

12 /10 stuff was very pleasing, speaks more than 2 foreign language. By booking details knows what language you speak (even understand some Lithuanian). Helped with public transport tickets. Allowed to leave our car even after signing out. Food variation and atmosphere were very good. Beds were super comfortable that's what you may need after long walks through Prague Really huge thanks to every single person working here
