it is the house of my paternal grandmother's parents. In the summer of 1915 my dad was on the knees of his nanny in the garden, my grandmother is on the balcony with her sister.

As far as I remember, these objects have always served strange purposes, mostly non-public, even secretive. And so they were basically well maintained and built. Neither historical nor architectural value is general. The front building above the Šárecký brook gives the impression of a chateau, but it is a neo-baroque from the 19th century.

The village of Jenerálka was originally just a large farm with a vineyard. Today it has about 40 descriptive numbers. It originally belonged to Nebušice, but in the middle of the 20th century it passed cadastrally under Dejvice. However, it is the site of one of the oldest settlements in Prague. The most important building is the former homestead and today's chateau Jenerálka, probably of Classicist origin, which was rebuilt in the Neo-Baroque style by Professor Milan Babuška after 1922. The name is probably derived from the title "general vicar" ", because the general staff of the Austrian army was allegedly based here for some time during the wars for the Austrian heritage. In 1922, the castle was transformed into the home of legionnaires-invalids. During the socialist era, the Tesla company operated here and the building fell into disrepair.
