 Very helpful staff, advised well on choosing accessories and recommendations for what to steam :). Large selection of second-hand games on site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stornovali mi předobjednávku sběratelské edice, protože údajně došlo ke snížení dodávanýck kusů. Na předobjednávky u této firmy bych si dával velký pozor, protože pokud Vám to oznámí pár dní před vydáním titulu, prakticky už nemáte možnost hru sehnat ve sběratelské edici jinde a nebo jedině od překupníků což nechcete.
They canceled my pre-order of the collector's edition because the delivered pieces were allegedly reduced. I would be very careful about pre-orders from this company, because if they announce it to you a few days before the title is released, you practically no longer have the opportunity to get the game in the collector's edition elsewhere or only from dealers, which you do not want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scummy and incompetent. I was openly cursed at for asking for other buy options. They just assumed I don't speak Czech... the prices are 25%-50% higher than in other stores and even more overpriced than if you shop online. Especially Nintendo products, buying directly from Japan + shipping is cheaper than JRC... The before mentioned staff has zero English skills and game knowledge, constantly pushing you to buy new games instead of recommending something more appropriate. Another customer got insulted for wanting a cheaper game for his 5-year old. Apparently 'you aint get sh*t if you don't pay big bucks' I felt so bad for the guy... You thought Gamestop in the US was bad? Visit JRC for some first-hand douchebagery. At least hire some competent staff if you plan to rip off unknowledgeable customers. What a scam...

Bought a game code which could be activated on steam. When I activated it it said it was already activated. Prices are too high and poor variety of games for younger children!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely incompetent. Would not accept a next day return of an item for the money i paid, instead was offered store credit, which is illegal but didn't want to deal with them.
Rude staff, overpriced titles and very small with no variety of games.
The manager chased us out last time cause he got a delivery and had to put it at the back, I guess it was an emergency.
Will never spend my money in this place again.
