M	Michal Kudlík on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pozor na to, mají jiné ceny v kamenném obchodě než na internetu! Na webu mají jednu cenu a ta je pouze při nákupu on-line. Dnes jsem se pěkně projel MHD, abych tuhle informaci zjistil. A to jsem si ještě telefonicky ověřoval dostupnost zboží a žádný dvojí metr mi nebyl sdělen. Se divím, že v roce 2016 tyhle praktiky ještě fungujou... Ale tak co, místo toho, aby měl obchodník alespoň nějaký kšeft, tak nemá nic. Hru jsem zajel koupit jinam. Beware, they have different prices in a physical store than on the Internet! They have one price on the web and it is only for online purchases. Today I drove a nice public transport to find out this information. And I checked the availability of the goods by phone and I was not informed of any double meter. I'm surprised that these practices still work in 2016 ... But what, instead of having at least a deal, the trader has nothing. I went to buy the game elsewhere.

Doporučuji objednat hru online a v zápětí si ji vyzvednout ;) cena je pak mnohem přijatelnější než u klasického zakoupení. Obsluha mi vždy vše vysvětlila a nebo dobře poradila ;) always one of the best prices in stone shops. I recommend ordering the game online and picking it up soon;) the price is then much more affordable than a classic purchase. The staff always explained everything to me or advised me well;)

A když jsem jim psal, ze mi poslali jiny kryt na PSP(levnejsi) a za stejnou cenu, tak nikdo neodpověděl. Unfortunately, I have to evaluate negatively. The goods arrived, but something completely different from the description. And when I wrote to them that they sent me another cover for PSP (cheaper) and for the same price, no one answered.
V	Václav Macůrek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nevím jak tato prodejna funguje coby prodejna počítačových her, ale měli by si vybrat, co vlastně chtějí prodávat. Na stejném míst totiž fungují ještě dva další e-shopy a především jejich výdejny: led-expert.cz a cyklosvitilny.cz. A prodejní prostor je žalostně malý. Ten, kdo chce počítačové hry si může myslet, že cyklistická osvětlení jsou jakýmsi doplňkovým zbožím. Ale ten, kdo chce svítilnu na kolo, bude hodně zklamán. Obzvláště když pro cyklistická osvětlení nápovědu poskytují po telefonu (či po e-mailu) - a nikoliv na prodejně. Cyklistická osvětlení samotná mohou být zbožím, které by prodejnu nezaplatilo. Ale výběr obou e-shopů (také divné, ne? - že na jedné adrese fungují celkem tři e-shopy, z toho dva s velmi podobným sortimentem) je docela obstojný, byť by mohl být větší. A e-shop led-expert.cz napovídá, že by mohli prodávat opravdu jakákoliv osvětlení založená na LEDkách, ale většina zboží je právě cyklistické osvětlení. A po ostatních svítidlech téměř ani stopa. Takže kdyby se e-shopy led-expert.cz a cyklosvitilny.cz spojily a udělaly si vlastní prodejnu, prodejna by se jim při rozšíření sortimentu o spoustu svítitidel založených na LEDkách určitě vyplatila. Proto velmi mizerné hodnocení. I don't know how this store works as a computer game store, but they should choose what they want to sell. Two other e-shops and especially their dispensaries operate in the same place: led-expert.cz and cyklosvitilny.cz. And the sales space is woefully small. Anyone who wants computer games may think that bicycle lights are a kind of accessory. But anyone who wants a bicycle flashlight will be very disappointed. Especially when they provide help for bicycle lights over the phone (or e-mail) - and not at the store. Bicycle lights themselves can be a commodity that the store would not pay for. But the choice of both e-shops (also strange, isn't it? - that there are a total of three e-shops at one address, two of them with a very similar assortment) is quite decent, although it could be larger. And the led-expert.cz e-shop suggests that they could really sell any LED-based lighting, but most of the goods are bicycle lighting. And almost no trace of the other lights. So if the led-expert.cz and cyklosvitilny.cz e-shops merged and made their own store, the store would definitely pay off when expanding their range with a lot of LED-based luminaires. Therefore, a very lousy rating.
J	Jan Tichý on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skvělé místo pro hráče starších her, ale i bazarových zákazníků nových her. Milá a nápomocná obsluha. Great place for players of older games, but also second-hand customers of new games. Nice and helpful staff.

Byl jsem si na prodejně koupit Zaklínače 3, z prvu bylo všechno v pořádku, protože mi prodavač řekl, že hra obsahuje všechen obsah v krabičce, který má mít. Doma jsem hru rozbalil a v krabičce chyběl soundtrack a průvodce hrou. Druhý den jsem přišel hru vrátit, že chybí soundtrack a průvodce hrou. Nejdřív se mi pán snažil tvrdit, že je soundtracku digitální a že tam nic nechybí. Nakonec uznal, že nic nechybí. Hra stála 400 Kč a pán mi řekl po poradě s šéfem, že mi nevrátí 400 Kč, ale pouze 300 Kč. Tímto gestem mě prodejna silně odradila a silně jí také nedoporučuji. Raději si zajděte do obchodu Presto, kde mají lepší ceny a větší výběr. I'm never going to this store in my life! I was at the store to buy Sorcerer 3, at first everything was fine, because the salesman told me that the game contains all the contents in the box that it should have. I unpacked the game at home and the soundtrack and game guide were missing in the box. The next day I came to return the game, missing the soundtrack and game guide. At first, the gentleman tried to tell me that the soundtrack was digital and that nothing was missing. In the end, he admitted that nothing was missing. The game cost 400 CZK and the gentleman told me after consulting with the boss that he would not return 400 CZK, but only 300 CZK. With this gesture, the store strongly discouraged me and I also strongly discourage it. You better go to the Presto store, where they have better prices and more choice.
