It is a proof of the artistic production of the local region and unique in its processing in the area. In the middle of the pool, on a prismatic simple pedestal, there is a quadrilateral conical pillar with a relief of mascarons on two opposite sides, on the third side is the emblem of the city, the fourth relief is torn down. A sandstone vase decorated with garlands is placed on the column, which is decorated with profiling. There are water outlets in the mouths of the mascarons. The dimensions of the pool are 400 x 400 x 75 cm, the height of the central pillar is 310 cm.
