I do not mean all the staff, to be exact the man who is attending in the area of the carpets.
It makes the client nervous with your close presence when help has been politely denied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer care, delivery and more. Don't buy from Kika, also when you want to put the furniture together it has a lot or problems. It is not described well, and the manual was not correct as the furniture had more pieces, which were not described. Also after 3 months of waiting for the furniture they have told me that it does not exist, only the one shown. So I picked a different which I have been confirmed is in the warehouse.
