Když jsem chtěla alespoň katalog, když na prodejně nic vystaveného nebylo, tak mi odvětila, že žádný nemá a že se mám podívat na webové stránky. Z	Zdenek Peceny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto neprofesionální přístup. Servis jako v dobách dávno minulých, kdy prodejce je pán. Ne zákazník. Přístup paní Míčkové nepřestával šokovat. Chyběla jakákoliv snaha o vysvětlení možností, variant a doplňků produktu, který jsme kupovali. Informace jsme museli shánět jinde. Použitý materiál na zakázku v hodnotě 100 tisíc korun nejlevnější dostupný, včetně nakřivo přivrtaného kování nejhorší kvality. Výklopné skříňky od začátku nedrží v otevřené poloze a neustále se zavírají. Při objednávání nepadlo ani slovo, že kování bude zastaralé a nefunkční a že za příplatek je možné objednat například výrobky značky Blum. Jediné co společnosti Indoor jde, je zasílání faktur. Doporučuji hledat dodavatele jinde. Absolutely unprofessional approach. Service as in times past, when the seller is master. Not a customer. Mrs. Mickova's approach continued to shock. There was no effort to explain the possibilities, variants and accessories of the product we were buying. We had to get information elsewhere. Used material to order worth 100 thousand crowns the cheapest available, including crooked drilled fittings of the worst quality. The hinged lockers do not hold the open position from the beginning and always close. When ordering, there was no word that fittings would be outdated and inoperative and that Blum products could be ordered at an additional cost. The only thing Indoor can do is send invoices. I recommend looking for suppliers elsewhere.

S návrhem i následnou realizací jsme naprosto spokojeni a chtěli bychom tímto poděkovat paní Ing. Kremerové za její ochotu a vstřícnost. J	Jaroslav Popelka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na doporučení několika sousedů, kteří již využili služeb Bytového studia Indoor, jsme se i my rozhodli zadat u této firmy kompletní rekonstrukci své panelákové kuchyně, tedy provedení nové vinylové podlahy, úpravy elektroinstalace, rozvodu vody a odpadu, plynového potrubí, výmalby, nábytku na míru, vč. kuchyňských elektrospotřebičů. Měli jsme poměrně jasnou představu o vzhledu, uspořádání a vybavení kuchyně, ale v první fázi paní Ing. Kremerová ochotně a fundovaně korigovala některé naše technické a designové nápady a doplňovala svoje návrhy, čímž vznikl konečný realizovatelný projekt. Veškerý nábytek byl dokonale truhlářsky vyroben, ač byl atypických rozměrů i tvarů (hlubší skříňky, šuplíky pod dřez s výřezem, rohová zkosená skříňka, skříňka s digestoří aj.), a také precizně instalován panem Hermanem, který na místě až puntičkářsky ladil jednotlivé detaily (spárování ke křivým panelákovým stěnám, lícování dvířek, dodatečné výřezy apod.). Veškeré profese zkušeně koordinoval stavbyvedoucí pan Paleček, kterému jsme harmonogram prací trochu komplikovali delšími prodlevami z důvodu zaměření a dodávek žulové pracovní desky a skleněného obkladu na stěnách. Práce probíhaly během podzimu r. 2020 a výsledek splnil naše očekávání; po této dobré zkušenosti můžeme i my bez výhrad doporučit služby Bytového studia Indoor. On the recommendation of several neighbors who have already used the services of the Indoor Housing Studio, we also decided to order a complete reconstruction of our prefabricated kitchen at this company, ie new vinyl flooring, wiring modifications, water and waste distribution, gas pipes, painting, custom furniture , incl. kitchen appliances. We had a relatively clear idea of the appearance, layout and equipment of the kitchen, but in the first phase Mrs. Ing. Kremerová willingly and thoroughly corrected some of our technical and design ideas and supplemented her proposals, thus creating the final feasible project. All the furniture was perfectly made of joinery, although it was of atypical dimensions and shapes (deeper cabinets, drawers under the sink with a cutout, corner bevelled cabinet, cabinet with hood, etc.), and also precisely installed by Mr. Herman, who fine-tuned the individual details on the spot ( jointing to curved prefabricated walls, door matching, additional cut-outs, etc.). All professions were expertly coordinated by the construction manager, Mr. Paleček, to whom we complicated the work schedule a bit with longer delays due to the focus and deliveries of the granite worktop and glass cladding on the walls. The work took place during the autumn of 2020 and the result met our expectations; After this good experience, we can also unconditionally recommend the services of the Indoor Housing Studio.
