Ale ani ne 2 roky na to se odlepuje fólie téměř na všech dvířkách a kychyň je v otřesném stavu. Reklamace trvala 3 měsíce než se něvo hnulo. Kuchyň jsme museli sami nafotit, vše co bylo špatně sepsat a zaslat na mail. Pán, který reklamaci řešil odepisoval velice arogantně. Ještě dnes po půl roce čekám na dvoje dvířka. Šílené jednání! Nikdy více! My parents bought a kitchen from Oresi in Kladno. For a considerable amount of money in total 100 000, - the kitchen looked quite good. But not even 2 years later, the foil is peeled off on almost all doors and the kitchen is in a terrible state. The complaint lasted 3 months before something moved. We had to shoot the kitchen ourselves, everything was wrong to write and send to mail. The man who solved the complaint very arrogantly. Today, after six months, I am waiting for two doors. Crazy action! Never more!

S návrhem kuchyně mi dobře pomohli a co se týče datumu montáže, u kterého jsem byla trochu náročná, byli tam v pohodě. Byla jsem pak ráda že na montáž posílají svoje vlastní lidi, byla jsem taková víc v klidu. A z čeho jsem opravdu nadšená je skleněné obložení, to se mi opravdu moc líbí. M	Michal Toman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kuchyň vypadá dobře, ale vyskytly se drobné závady a tak jsem je reklamoval. Tuto reklamaci řeší Oresi již více než 2 a půl měsíce. Nejdříve to prý bylo způsobeno tím, že zaměstnávali na reklamačním oddělení slečnu, která neplnila své úkoly, což znamenalo 1. měsíc zpoždění. Dále to visí na montérovi, který se mě jeden den v 20:22 ptal, zda může přijít na domontáž následující den. Člověk ale musí do práce, proto jsem řekl, že je to už moc pozdě a že si to nedokážu takhle na rychlo zařídit a navrhl jsem několik různých dalších termínů (jeden celý týden, 2 termíny po 18:30 a celé pondělí 13.2.). Bohužel na to mi zpočátku pan montér neodpovídal a když jsem mu tedy nakonec oznámil, že ho zde očekávám v pondělí 13.2., tak mi napsal, že si to pokusí zařídit, ale od té doby už zase žádná reakce. Obávám se, že bez toho, aniž bych se obrátil na ČOI, se reklamace kuchyně nedočkám ani za půl roku. Už chápu tu 7 letou záruku - s reakčním časem firmy Oresi by reklamaci do 2 let nestihli. Firmu Oresi bohužel vzhledem k výše uvedenému doporučit nemohu. The kitchen looks good, but there were minor defects, so I complained. Furthermore, it hangs on the fitter, who asked me one day at 20:22 whether he can come to the next day. But one has to work, so I said that it is too late and that I can not arrange it like this quickly and I proposed several different other terms (one whole week, two terms after 18:30 and all Monday 13.2.). Unfortunately, at first the installer did not respond to me and when I finally told him that I expect him here on Monday, February 13, so he wrote to me that he will try to arrange it, but since then no reaction. I am afraid that without contacting the CTI, I will not receive a complaint about the kitchen in half a year. I already understand the 7-year warranty - with Oresi reaction time would not make a claim within 2 years. Unfortunately, in view of the above, I cannot recommend Oresi.
J	Jakub Nepeřený on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S vedoucím prodejny, panem Tomsem, je kloudná řeč. Jinak ale termíny se nedodržují, co se slíbí, musí se neustále urgovat.. Spousta věcí se musí reklamovat a stále a stále připomínat. Mám-li to shrnout, kuchyně jako produkt (v mém případě německá Livanza a spotřebiče Elektrolux) je kvalitní a dělá mi radost. Komunikace s Oresi jako kladenskou pobočkou je velice náročná a myslím, že to tam moc dobře nefunguje, s reklamačním oddělením v Praze to je mnohem lepší. The store manager, Mr. Toms, is a talk. To sum it up, the kitchen as a product (in my case the German Livanza and the Electrolux appliances) is good and makes me happy. Communication with Ores as a Kladno branch is very difficult and I think that it does not work very well there, it is much better with the Complaints Department in Prague.
P	Petr Kostka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Výborný a kvalitní přístup p. Plaché , mě utvrdil v tom že kuchyni od Oresi , dneska několikátá návštěva a vždycky skvělí přístup a poradí. Velká nabídka spotřebičů za zvýhodněné ceny , výborné materiály a možnosti úprav i do malé kuchyně. Jediné za co dávám mínus že není žádné studio kde vám udělají kuchyni na klíč , vždycky si musíte zařídit něco bokem...Vedoucí prodejny paní Polívková je také ochotná a vyšla vstříct veškerým mým přáním. Aktualizace zavezení kuchyně : Snižuji na 2 hvězdy hlavně za to že experti co zaváželi kuchyň omlátili co šlo, nemluvě o tom že je nezajímá že mají na botě h*vno a vesele se procházejí po bytě stím že si to majitel určitě rád uklidí , tohle je opravdu vrchol a omluva taky nikde... Aktualizace po instalaci kuchyně : Výborná a kvalitní práce pana Jakla , poradí , pomůže , dělá na 200% , pokud bych vybíral další kuchyň tak na instalaci jedině jeho... DOPORUČUJI ...Díky němu zvedám o jednu hvězdu tedy celkem na 3, ty 2 dolů jsou pořád za ten hororový závoz ...
