★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ano podobný problem. naramek 1x opraven jako uznana reklamace po 30 dnech jsem jej opraveny nasadil a po 1 hodine to same misto, ted ale neuznáno z duvodu opotřebení, majitel sám řekl ze to mam dát na čoi a ze se stejně odvola. z principu dam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doporucuju se vyhnout velkym obloukem. 2 reklamace na zasnubni prsten - obe prekvapive neuznane - vse nase vina. "klenoty" z techto prodejen nejsou dle zamestnancu snad ani na noseni, doporucuji neustale sundavat. Takze koupit, zabalit a nechat nekde ve skrini, mozna jen na spani. Dle soukromého zlatnika setri zlatem co to de. Zamestnanci příjemní jen kdyz si kupujete co nejdrazsi a hlavně rychle...jinak hrozí ze je vlastně obtezujete.
A na otázku proc se tedy vyrábí takové sperky co se nesmi nosit ,ze nase babicka ma zasnubni prsten a vypada stále jak nový ...nam pani odveti : No to víte , uz nejsme jak za dob babiček ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsme šli vyměnit vánoční dárek z důvodu špatné velikosti prstenu a byli jsme velmi nepříjemně odmítnuti. Že lhůta pro výměnu byla do 3.1. 2022, velmi neochotná prodavačka. Nedoporučuji, pro mě velké zklamání.
