Hello, if there were complications after the procedure, I would rather have a negative impression. Fortunately, after the procedure (December 2018), there were no complications and everything looks very good. Potential to improve? Whenever I arrived (always at a pre-arranged time), I was waiting at the reception without anybody actively engaging in me (I had to ask for information about what is going on and when I'm going to go). On the day of the procedure I waited for 2 hours (!). Beginning at 30 min. paid consultation with my nurse tried to refer to the Internet and thus reduce the consultation time (obviously I was the last day). I got into my hand information boards that I should have signed quickly and at home I found out that I was "informed about the risks" - it was not. When I arrived on the day of the procedure, I read and signed a stack of papers saying that pre-operative consultation was taking place and I was familiar with everything (yes, she was, I read myself without a consultation). it was my first move, I was worried, I needed to talk to them and make sure everything was okay. Overall, it was a factory experience - "another number in a row". The nurse was surprised that my procedure lasted only 20 minutes (it would take 45 minutes - I went last). I came to check on the third day after the procedure. The Doctor (who did not work) saw me just out of the door, saying that everything looked good and he advised me (or the Christmas holidays were coming and there was no one to take off stitches between the holidays) to take the seventh day alone ). I definitely refused and so the doctor advised me to order the stitching on Prague 2. When I came out of stitching on Prague 2, the doctor had to make extra efforts on her stitches (the upper eyelids), commenting that the doctor (who operated) had used a stitch stitch (what would happen if I tried to stitch myself take out?). Since the procedure, nobody has seen me from the clinic and contacted me. No one at the clinic knows how the surgery went, and how I'm doing / if I live. I remember from the materials I signed that should have more checks, but I have to take care of myself and order myself. No one called from the clinic to find out how I was doing. I was just the number that came, paid, lying on the deck and leaving. The result of the operation is great. Customer service experience is cool. Damage.

Absolutely unbeatable. I've been to breast augmentation and modeling. I was operated by Dr. Issam al Awa and I can say that the doctor is number one in his field. The approach of the doctor was very professional, during the consultation he was fully devoted to me and explained everything I asked. On the day of the surgery I got a beautiful room alone. The nurses were nice and looked after me as a queen. I felt more like on vacation :) the next day after the operation I was given a choice of two versions of breakfast, which surprised me pleasantly, after breakfast the doctor came, re-bandaged and checked the outcome of the operation and I was released into home care. The clinic also provided me with a taxi ride in Prague for free. I can only recommend the clinic to everyone and Dr. Issam al Awa himself is a master :) for me full stars :) and a big THANK YOU

Friendly and kind approach. I have undergone sclerosis and if I choose any other "improvements" in the future, I will definitely be happy to return.

The clinic met my expectations. Abdominal surgery went great and I'm looking forward to having it without an overhang. It gave me a lot of confidence, which I needed. The scar heals beautifully, it gets better every day. Thank you to Dr. Musil and the whole team.

It's been 1 1/2 years since my nose surgery. Unfortunately, it didn't turn out the way I wanted it to. A correction was discouraged as there are too many risks. In addition, my nasal mucosa has been very dry since the operation, so that when I blow my nose, blood usually comes with it. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with my new nose, which I have dreamed of for so long.

I have been deciding on the procedure for a long time, but I am glad that I finally went. Dr. Hošek was already very nice to me at the consultation and explained everything to me and answered my questions. On the day of the procedure, I was a little nervous, but the pleasant environment of the clinic and nice people calmed me down a lot. The nurses took good care of me all the time. The procedure took place under general anesthesia and after waking up I was not sick at all. There were two of us in the room, which was nice, at least I talked a little. The nurses checked on me at all times, and the doctor came to see if everything was in order. The food here was excellent, I really enjoyed it. Well, the most important procedure was successful, I am extremely satisfied with the result. I would love to return to the clinic when considering plastic surgery.
