★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po nehode, kdy do me narazil nepozorny cizinec svym starsim BMW, jsem dal opravit svuj koncernovy vuz v Autosalonu / servisu Klokocka. Prijemny personal, vstricnost a profesionalita vsech lidi s nimiz jsem zalezitost resil a hlavne muj vuz si pochvaloval praci mechanika.
Od te doby servisuji jen u Klokocky - Praha Repy. Muj vuz je spokojen a ja tez!

After the accident, when an inattentive stranger hit my older BMW, I had my concern's car repaired at the Klokocka Motor Show / Service Center. Pleasant staff, helpfulness and professionalism of all the people with whom I solved the matter and especially my car praised the work mechanic.
Since then, I service only at Klokocky - Prague Repy. My car is satisfied and I am also!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nikdy to nedoporucuji. Měli jsme domluvu s pani Nikolou Buskovou o rezervace a schůzke ohledně vuza Volkswagen Tiguan. Poprve rekla nam ze ten vůz ještě není rezervovan a ze všechno bude přepraveno a 3-5 dny, a auto bude zarezervováno za nama. Pak když jsem zkusili kontaktovat pani Buskovu, nikdy neodpovídala nam a za 2 dny, jiny pan řekl ze auto uz rezervováno ještě v minuly čtvrtek. A peníze uz bylo zaplaceno nekrm jiným.
I never recommend it. We had an appointment with Ms. Nikola Buskova for a reservation and a meeting regarding the Volkswagen Tiguan. For the first time, she told us that the car had not yet been booked and that everything would be transported in 3-5 days, and the car would be reserved for us. Then when we tried to contact Mrs. Buskova, she never answered us and in 2 days, another Mr. said the car had already been booked last Thursday. And the money has already been paid not to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service, they’re always super helpful. Despite the fact I don’t speak Czech, they always do their best to understand what I want and help me out.
Maybe they don’t smile at you all the time, but it’s a car service, not a beauty salon. Online reservation is finally fix too.
