Very poor service. I have a Renault Megane 2016 y. Car is still under warranty. I went to RENAULT RETAIL GROUP CZ, s.r.o. and asked for checking very strange noise from the motor area (supposed to be some kind of problem with clutch or more possible alternator clutch). This information was provided to the serviceman during test drive and at the desk few times. The provided information based on a internet reviews regarding such kind of problems in Renault cars and after a conversation with my friend an owner of the car service in Poland. Ive got an info after few days that the problem is slightly demaged cover under engine - which was ridiculous! It was 2nd (yes second) service I tried in Prague. 1st one even didnt want to try to look at the problem - CAR IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY !!!. I decided to take my car in to Poland to my friend service. I DIDNT CARE to loose warranty because of POOR Renault service. In Poland my friend replaced mentioned part and all is fine since then. No more strange sounds from engine. Now i faced another problem with heating system (in 2 years old car). The same temperature (22 degrees) I have in my 2 years old Passat can be reachable in Megane when its set to around 25.5. WOW all in 2yo car! Even dont want to mention about many other small problems like strange sound from breaks pedal. I STRONGLY WARN YOU to use Renault services and STRONGLY RECOMEND to deeply think before you want to buy Renault cars. I had many cars (brands) and Renault is THE WORST one. I decided to sell Renault and buy different brand (Vw,Mazda, Audi)

Mr GRYM is a really really good advisor and seller, he took time to explain all the details concerning the car, the contract, the insurance, etc., in a perfect english. We are super satisfied by his professional yet friendly attitude and can only recommand him. In addition, the car he sold to us is GREAT :-)

Weird: Went to the Renault Servis Zlicin for 2 reasons: 6 years car maintenance and change of the horn stick. Apparently this was one too many. First they remembered only the change of the horn stick (1 h, they said). Then they realized they had the 6 years maintenance as well (3h, they told me). They probably did the maintenance though the car spend a lot of time by itself on a stand. In the process they forgot about the stick change and gave me the car back without a horn. On my remarking this they said they forgot to do it. Then after ½ extra hour, they told me they don't have it they can't do it now they can do it tomorrow. I don't believe a word of it. It was approaching 12h30 and the guys wanted their feed. So you may give them your practice but “Prepare for the worst and be ready for everything”. Hope for the best? Why not, it's free. And this my friends is not a small repairs shop in the middle of Siberia. Nope, this is the biggest, 5 stars, cross my heart, best Renault shop in Prague. You want to buy a car from them? Think again. Actually you may consider buying another brand altogether. This is the third official Renault shop I tried in Prague. 6 months and still no horn. Czech Service multiplied by Renault Service doesn't add to much.

My Megane Scenic Renault car has parking brake fault problem and also rear window not functioning at all, moreover the air conditioner also not working. I brought my car there, and they told me that the service will take about 1 week. And then I was informed about the price, by telephone, of fixing hand brake problem. The staff there told me it will cost about more than 20 thousand kc to fix it, but still he was not sure whether the price may be higher than that or not. And the window probably about 7000 kc not included the air conditioning which could cost maximum 15 thousand. That would be altogether more than 40 thousand kc. Because of the high cost, I decided not to continue the service, and was not satisfied because there was no other offer or option from the staff for example how to just reset the parking brake fault sign. Then i decided to just change the engine oil and it cost 5500 kc. It is a wow, only changing the engine oil using Castrol and for the diagnostic. I think it is quite expensive. That is why I give only two stars. Sorry for this. And one more thing, my radio in the car, which was functioning well, didn't work after I took the car from there.

The salesman was very peculiar, wearing old shoes with holes and a small, very old shirt. They did not know the price of the car nor if and when they might know it. I would not trust the guy enough to buy a hot dog from him...:-D

This is my second year I have taken my car to RENAULT RETAIL GROUP CZ for an annual service. Both times, the service was fast, and the staff was kind and helpful. They even washed my car, which was really nice. I hope they maintain this level of service.
