★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V sobotu 22.5. sme navštívili showroom za účelom obzretia si vyhliadnutého modelu. Vďaka príjemnému a ochotnému prístupu pán Vicha sme rovno auto záväzne zarezervovali (teda kúpili, lebo už je na mori a pláva k nám :-))
Zároveň chcem vyzdvihnúť proaktívny prístup k človeku na vozíčku - pán Vich nám hneď ukázal access free prístup a pootváral všetky dvere. Tam i von. :-) Nebolo treba žiadať o nič.
Celé jednanie prebehlo príjemnou a nenásilnou formou s primeranou dávkou humoru. Prístup sa snúbi s výbornou ponukou KIA modelov, ktorú nám pán Vich predstavil až doma rozmýšľame nad ďalším automobilovým kusom. :-)
Ďakujeme a zase znovu radi navštívime
 On Saturday 22.5. we visited the showroom to see the model you were looking for. Thanks to the pleasant and willing approach of Mr. Vicha, we booked the car (ie bought it, because it is already at sea and swimming to us :-))
At the same time, I want to highlight the proactive approach to the person in the wheelchair - Mr Vich immediately showed us access free access and opened all the doors. There and out. :-) There was no need to ask for anything.
The whole meeting took place in a pleasant and non-violent form with an appropriate dose of humor. The approach is combined with the excellent offer of KIA models, which Mr. Vich presented to us when we think about another car piece at home. :-)
Thank you and we will be happy to visit again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lidsky velice prijemni. Pristup na jednicku... Cena za servis trochu vetsi tak o 20-25% nez co jsem jezdil jinam do autorizaku (mozna to je i inflaci, krizi kdo vi)
Naposled jsem jezdil do Kia Kladno a tam je to pouze pro priznivce silne kavy, takze pri posledni hadce jsem rekl uz nikdy. Tak i plnim. Obe auta budou jezdit ted sem! ??
Takze zde naprosto prijemna zmena. Na personalu je videt ze je to bavi.. Nebo aspon ty na ktere jsme narazili :-) Hvezdicku si necham do rezervy pro pristi navstevu.. Premyslim i nad nakupem dalsiho vozu zde v autorizaku.. ? Mohu jen doporucit
Very pleasant to the human being. Access to one ... The price for the service is a bit higher by 20-25% than what I went elsewhere to the dealer (maybe it's inflation, the crisis, who knows)
The last time I went to Kia Kladno and there it's only for fans of strong coffee, so I never said about the last snake. So I do. Both cars will drive here now! ??
So here is a very nice change. You can see on the staff that it's fun .. Or at least the ones we came across :-) I'll leave the star in the reserve for the next visit .. I'll think about buying another car here in the authorization .. ? I can only recommend
