★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vstřícnost, ochota, rychlá a kvalitní práce. Jeden den jsme napsali email, kde jsme poslali údaje k výrobě desek a druhý den už jsme jen donesli stránky a práci jsme měli na počkání svázánu.
 Helpfulness, willingness, fast and quality work. One day we wrote an email where we sent the data for the production of boards and the next day we just brought the pages and we had our work tied to waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po osobnej návšteve, objednávke cez email a následnej snahe o telefonát kvôli zmene parametrov sa mi dostalo odpovede "tohle mě nebaví, ať přijde někdo osobně, nashle!" na ďalší deň Knihvazačství objednávku odmietlo.
...bohužiaľ, vďaka netrpezlivosti a nevhodnej komunikácie so zákazníkom zo strany Knihvazačství - nedoporučujem.
After a personal visit, an order via email and a subsequent attempt to call due to a change in parameters, I received the answer "I don't like this, let someone come in person, bye!" the next day the Bookbinding rejected the order.
... unfortunately, due to impatience and inappropriate communication with the customer by Bookbinding - I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi srdečný pán s láskou pro řemeslo, které dělá pečlivě a kvalitně. Mluvě o vázání studentských prací doporučuji zajít předem a vybrat jak barvu plátna na desky, tak písma, protože výběr je veliký a je škoda všechno vázat do běžných barev klasických tiskáren. 100 % doporučuji!
Very cordial gentleman with love for the craft that he does carefully and well. Speaking of binding student work, I recommend going in advance and choosing both the color of the canvas on the boards and fonts, because the choice is great and it is a pity to bind everything to the normal colors of classic printers. 100% recommend it!

I recommend it to anyone who wants to restore a book. Mr. Rumler performs the work highly professionally with an interest in the book and enthusiasm for restoration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zatím hodnotím přístup pana Rumlera, je to velmi milý pán, který rozumí svému řemeslu, nechávala jsem tam dvě zubožené knihy, které budou hotové v únoru. Ani nechtěl zálohu, prý důvěřuje lidem. Místo chvilky , jsem tam strávila povídáním asi hodinu.
So far, I evaluate Mr. Rumler's approach, he is a very nice gentleman who understands his craft, I left two impoverished books there, which will be ready in February. He didn't even want an advance, he said he trusted people. Instead of a while, I spent about an hour talking there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krkolomný vstup do suterénu. Asi odvádějí dobrou práci, ale dodací lhůty - pokud vůbec zakázku přijmou - jsou měsíce. Jinde pracují pružněji.
Breakthrough entrance to the basement. They probably do a good job, but delivery times - if they accept the order at all - are months. Elsewhere, they work more flexibly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan Rumler se dnes asi špatně vyspal, když jsem se slušně zeptal na možnost opravy jedné knihy dříve než za půl roku, očividně se urazil na nabídl termín za rok. Přemýšlím čím jsem se mohl pana Rumlera doknout, nic me nenapadá.
Dlouho jsem takové chování nezažil a kdybych to věděl ušetřím si cestu do Prahy.
Mr. Rumler probably slept badly today when I politely asked about the possibility of repairing one book in less than half a year, apparently offended at the offered deadline for a year. I wonder what I could do to Mr. Rumler, I can't think of anything.
I have not experienced such behavior for a long time and if I knew it I would save my trip to Prague.
