Today, only some parts of the original Romanesque building are visible, such as the portal.

The church is built in the Romanesque style, next to it is a cemetery where tombs from the time of early Christianity were uncovered. The bell tower dates from 1858 as well as the statue of St. Ludmila by Josef Max. It is just a few meters from the Church of St. Ludmila in the southeast corner of the village square. It probably stands on the site of an older church, which may have existed during the life of St. Ludmila. It was built in the Romanesque style around 1200. The chancel has a square floor plan and a rectangular nave, above which is the original cross vault, the ceiling of the nave is flat. The original narrow Romanesque window is preserved on the east wall. During the tourist season, on weekends every hour you can visit all three Tetín churches and the ruins of the castle with a guide, which is available at the former rectory.
