★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasant restaurant of Czech cuisine.
Their vets are fresh b but it's evident that they excel in Kozel pouring.
In my latest visit, I took the pork ribs, which were made exquisitely. I was surprised by the sweeteness of the dish; but pleasantly so.
My SO took the fried cheese. It was very oily, and not very flavorful.
However, all the starters were excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical Czech restaurant. We took the two goulash soups, one in bread and one without both very good. The soups are very heavy meaning they have some meat and is pretty fatty. Additionally we took the chips and fried bread and lots of beer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a beer restaurant, but it more like a pub than high a la cart one. You can find there fine meal. It is traditional and tasty. You can order pork prepped in black beer and beef. It is not in the main flow of turistic drift, however it worth every step to go there. I advice to take pork knuckle in black beer you can ask to share it's about one kilo. Enjoy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went with sausages with salad and radish and my friend with chicken fillet with mashed potatoes. The food was okay, nothing really to complain about and nothing to praise.
The staff was very nice, although they were really pushing for tips, however, I've noticed it throughout the Prague, so maybe it's just how it is there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great palce, recommended by locals, has the menu on different lenguages so you can choose your food knowing what you're eating including traditional dishes. The beer is fine at good price and different types and sizes. All the staff is very kind and friendly even when the place is packed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant has Authentic Czech food and beer. If you are looking for a place that has amazing food with reasonable prices I highly recommend Kozlovna. I had the Czech Beef dish in Cream Sauce. The meat was great, not too chewy but tender. The šopska salad is also very good if you like balkan cheese.

Special Czech food with a wonderful interior, a 3-minute walk from Charles Bridge. A good location has to be paid for.
The freshness of the food and the size of the portions are fantastic. The staff is smiling and very fast.
There is a Covid vaccination check-in at the entrance, this is the first place in Prague where it has been checked. And we've been here for four days.
So the location of the restaurant, the quality of food, the behavior of the staff is PERFECT. You can pay by credit card.
But why the four stars?
The weak point of the restaurant is the toilet.
In a restaurant where 5-600 Crowns per person for dinner, it is simply nonsense with a wall full of graffiti and tagged toilet. Refilling gasoline for a Zippo lighter would take about 10 minutes to fix the toilet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We wanted some traditional food and beer for our last evening in Prague and looked at so many “famous” beer halls which had so-so reviews. We saw this near the Charles Bridge, saw good reviews, and gave it a try. They were very busy but the service was professional and super friendly. Beer was great. Food was great. Fine dining? No. But want a pork knuckle, or a pickled sausage, with good beer and a friendly server? If so this is the place for you.
