Klientela česká, ruská a německá. Snídaně bufet, večeře výběr ze 2 jídel. Někteří pánové na večeři by snědli větší porci, mohli se ale dojíst chutnými saláty. Všude čisto, každý den uklizený pokoj, personál velice příjemný a usměvavý. V blízkosti hotelu je možnost použít výtah, kterým se dostanete přímo na kolonádu. Thank you for a beautiful spa week in a stylish hotel. Accommodation, food and spa treatments were number one. Clean everywhere, room tidy every day, staff very friendly and smiling. Near the hotel you can use the elevator that takes you directly to the colonnade.

Номера достаточно просторные, удобные. Процедуры проводимые в отеле разнообразные и большой выбор. Мы приехали на две недели с оплаченным большим количеством лечебных процедур, но выбрать то, что хотелось нам не удалось, потому что есть ограничения по количеству полезных процедур. Столовая достаточно вместимая, но при этом посещение разбито на две смены, так как гостей большое количество. Ужины разнообразные, порции хорошего объёма. Не хватает салатов, овощей и фруктов. Кофе и чай имеется. В заключении, спасибо большое обслуживающему персоналу медсестрам Таиси и Ката, менеджеру Михаилу и конечно рецепции. We came for two weeks with paid for a large number of medical procedures, but we could not choose what we wanted, because there are restrictions on the number of useful procedures. The dining room is quite spacious, but the visit is divided into two shifts, as there are a large number of guests. Dinners are varied, portions of a good size. There are not enough salads, vegetables and fruits. Coffee and tea are available. In conclusion, thank you very much to the attendants, nurses Taisi and Kata, manager Mikhail and of course the reception.

Здесь помогают взять себя в руки, подлечивают плюс уникальная минеральная вода из теплых карловарских источников. Санаторий расположен в центре города на второй линии. Поэтому к источникам близко идти и вид на город открывается шикарный прямо из номера. И сейчас, зимой, отлично виден из отеля олень, под прыжком которого стоит отель. Как видите на фото, я была с детьми. Дети старше 10 лет тоде могут получить лечение: массаж, ингаляции, ванны. А дети до 10 лет по назначению детского врача. Но им можно пить воду из источника 9. Here they help to pull themselves together, heal, plus unique mineral water from warm Karlovy Vary springs. The sanatorium is located in the city center on the second line. Therefore, it is close to the springs and the view of the city is gorgeous right from the room. And now, in winter, the deer is perfectly visible from the hotel, under the jump of which the hotel stands. As you can see in the photo, I was with the children. Children over 10 years of age can receive treatment: massage, inhalations, baths. And children under 10 years old are prescribed by a pediatrician. But they can drink water from spring 9.

Процедуры удобно расположены внутри корпусов с тёплыми переходами. Бассейн, чайная комната, где можно выпить чай или кофе в любое время, а также полюбоваться панорамой архитектуры и почитать книгу или свежий журнал. Питание на заказ по выбору разнообразное. Вкусный хлеб и выпечка. Впечатление семейного спа-отеля и домашней заботы. Номера просторные со всем необходимым. Хорошо убираются, меняются полотенца. Только почему-то нет обещанных принадлежностей для душа: шапочки, шампуня, бальзама и др. Также очень слабо работающий фен. Но это не испортило общего впечатления от проведённого отдыха здесь. Delicious bread and pastries. The impression of a family spa hotel and home care. The rooms are spacious with everything you need. Well cleaned, towels changed. Only for some reason there are no promised accessories for the shower: caps, shampoo, balm, etc. Also, a very weakly working hair dryer. But this did not spoil the overall impression of the rest spent here. Thank you very much to everyone for your care and to the attending physician personally.

No parking lot whatsoever, you'd better leave a car in the underground parking garage. Food is plain - do not expect delicious dishes like in the restaurants. Medical treatment is usual. The swimming pool is way to small so it is rather to be used as a hydromassage bath.
