★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Produkty se zdají být kvalitní, ale obsluha by mohla být přátelštější a ochotnější. Nakoupila jsem tam dvakrát a po každé jsem měla pocit, že prodávající slečny obtěžuju. A to nebylo nikdy plno.
 The products seem to be of good quality, but the service could be more friendly and helpful. I bought twice, and each time I felt I was bothering the seller. And it was never crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Хороший подарок с Чехии может быть только с мануфактуры. Приятный персонал (есть русскоговорящий), приемлемые цены, качество на высоте. В выборе вам всегда помогут. Расположение хорошое.
A good gift from the Czech Republic can only be from a manufactory. Pleasant staff (there is a Russian-speaking), reasonable prices, quality at altitude. You will always be helped in choosing. Location is good.

나쁜점:
1. 화장실에서 불쾌한 냄새가 남
2. 체크인시 수건과 물을 주어서 무료로 제공하는 물인줄 알았는데 체크아웃시 차지함. 돈을 내는것은 문제가 없으나 세계 어딜 가든 호텔에서 물을 마시면 돈을 줘야하는데 왜 먹튀하려고 했냐는 태도임. 세계 여러 호텔을 묵으며 무료로 제공되는 물이 없던적이 없었음. 배낭여행객이 묵는 호스텔 같은 곳 아니면.
3. 마지막날 아침 8시에 노크하더니 조식을 2인분만 들여줌. 우리는 8:30분에 요청했고 4명이 묵었는데 2인분만 요청했을리가 없음. 착오가 있었으면 사과를 하면 될일을 4명이었어? 2명분만 준비했는데 괜찮지?라며 넘어감. 일어난지 얼마되지 않았고 태도가 불쾌해서 걍 내보냄.
Advantages: Close to the central station, convenient for airport buses and trains.
Bad:
1. Unpleasant smell in the bathroom
2. I thought it was free water by giving towels and water at check-in, but it was charged at check-out. There is no problem with paying money, but when I drink water at a hotel wherever I go in the world, I have to pay money. Staying in hotels around the world, I have never been without free water. It's not like a hostel where backpackers stay.
3. Knocked at 8 o'clock in the morning on the last day, and served only two people for breakfast. We made a request at 8:30 and stayed with 4 people, so we couldn't have requested only 2 people. If there was a mistake, were there 4 people who had to apologize? I prepared only 2 people, but I said, "Isn't it okay?" It wasn't long before he got up and his attitude was unpleasant, so he let go.
