★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Úplně nevím, kolik hvězdiček dát. Za poslední rok jsem zde nenarazila na vyloženě nepříjemný personál, některé prodavačky byly opravdu milé a očividně měly přehled. S čím mám ale velký problém je fakt, že už 2x jsem si zde koupila řasenku, která byla strašně vyschlá. Jedna z nich dokonce divně smrděla. Jednalo se o dvě různé značky a tyto incidenty dělí 8 měsíců. To ve mně vyvolává otázky, jestli není zboží v téhle prodejně nějak špatně skladováno, případně jestli není staré :(
 I don't know how many stars to give. Over the last year, I haven't come across any unpleasant staff here, some of the saleswomen were really nice and obviously had an overview. But what I have a big problem with is the fact that I bought mascara here twice, which was terribly dry. One of them even stinked strangely. These were two different brands and these incidents are 8 months apart. This raises questions in me if the goods in this store are not stored in any way, or if they are not old :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security guard literally followed me all around the store. He even sprinted towards me after I stopped to try on the lipstick that I JUST BOUGHT FROM THE STORE. Very embarrassing, I have been to many Sephora's this is the worst one ever. The staff are really nice and friendly, just the security guard needs to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was this tatted gay rassist attendance ( writing it purposely so they know who I mean) ! He obviously made me feel like an unwanted customer, - ignoring me at first , constantly rolling his eyes and worst while asking him a question just started talking to his co worker as if I wasn’t infringement of him - talking to him. Totally not acceptable !!!! I can’t even describe how I felt. Even if you spent a lot as black tourist you get treated poorly from that particular sales guy so ladies of color pls ask the female attendance for help.
