★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a giant train station but it’s easy to find what you need. It’s usually super crowded, but which big train station isn’t?
Pay attention to your belongings, cause there are some dodgy faces around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kinda okay, not really a good looking building compare to how the entire Prague looks like. Most of the locals and staffs do not speak English, make sure you spare some time to look for the correct train and platform.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an experience of travelling from Prague to Dresden, it was amazing journey. Trains were clean and wifi was available. Onboard restaurant had a lot of choices and rates were reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were here on sunday, we need to pick up our train back at 14:25 and the train comes 10 minutes late, but it doesnt show any kind of warning until it's so close to the departure time. The information reception also cant get us the info of the train platform. The train comes and they will show the platform we need to go to. But we waited so long for the platform to show up on the info board. But it doesnt show until the last last minutes (14:28)
Well, it was not a pleasant experience but overall, wasnt too serious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well laid out and easy to navigate. Large but not huge like Rome for example.
Lots of eateries ( mostly grab it and go with seating too).
Boards with arrivals and departures on the ground floor and first floor too which can be reached by escalators. Nice to have seating near the boards.
The platform for our train was displayed 15 mins prior and we had enough time to reach our platform. Not a huge walk. Escalators to go up to each platform as well as stairs ( no elevator)
Information desk located one level below ground but easy to see and located in the ticket office.
Had to consult the online booking system to find out where to stand in the platform as we have found long distance trains don't wait around! To me the only thing missing was notification if where to stand on the platform and no aural messages about arrivals or departures.
Train related on time.
