★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible information service, after 2 hours of waiting they've cancelled our train even without telling it on the speaker. Information services were fully unavailible, one lady was incredibly rude and shut the window on us without helping in anything. Seriously needs to reconsider its working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a throug station with all necessary services. A part of the underpass is under reconstruction and closed. I'm not sure, that left-luggage (locker) is avaliable or not. There were some homeless people next to the small snack-bars. Air conditioned waiting room isn't avaliable. The architectural impression is the late 80's. Lot of international and domastic train pass throug this railway station and some RegioJet busses has stop here and you can get with metro C (red line) to Holešovice.
