★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCAM ARTISTS! Accused me of a damage I didn't even cause and charged me 11 500 czk for it.
Nobody came to check the car with us on pick up, we were told to inspect it ourselves. As we're not trained to detect minor damage, we didn't notice the thin little scratch on the bumper in the dark parking lot. Upon returning the vehicle it was pointed out to us and we were accused of causing it. After days of tedious back and forth with the damage processing people we were charged 10 000 czk for the damage + 1 500 czk for "damage processing".
Stay away people, trust the reviews! This is not the first time they've pulled something like this and won't be the last.

Very well maintained cars and quick service.
There are no after hours return but you can just park the car in their garage and bring the keys the next morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to rent a car while in a Prague, better than Budget. Especially when arriving by train it is a really easy place to rent a car, since the company is located at the top of the parking lot. Staff was very friendly, and were patient while we were figuring out some issues with the payment. We rented a relatively new Mazda 2 manual for 4 days with toll, insurance, additional driver, unlimited mileage and foreign aid included for a total rental price of 330 euros. The deposit however was a bit more and came down to approximately 880 euros, which is a bit steep. However, just make sure that you return the car in good shape and make photos of everything that is already there just so you can eventually point it out. The car itself was really good and explanations about how and what were also very clear. It did however take almost a week to deliver back the deposit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scam place stay away.. Pls do dont rent any car from this agency.. If u do make sure take thru out video and pics of the car and rims.. when we returned our car they found very minute scratch in the rims and i am 100% sure it was there before we rented it and now they are gonna charged for this damage..
