The staff were very helpful and the rental process was very straightforward and transparent. The cars were all new and you can choose between automatic and manual. Definitely would use again and recommend to others

Literally could not have been a better experience. Super transparent on options/pricing, no hidden fees, no trying to “get” you when bringing the car back, just a bunch of honest guys. Even met the owner!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We agreed on 183 euros for three days and a guarantee of 300 euros paid in advance on credit.
Already upon receipt of the vehicle (without fuel) it was hinted to me that it is doubtful whether I will receive the guarantee and only that everything will be fine. At first I did not understand the meaning.
When I returned the vehicle with full fuel of course, the guy supposedly found a scrub that comes out with his finger at the bottom of the front bumper and said I charge at 200 euros and charge as big, leaving me in a state of helplessness.
It's a scam method not to approach this company see you have been warned. I rent cars in the sand frequently and this has never happened to me
I have a photo of the "scratch" just crooks who even said the owner that there is nothing to do is his job to make money like that.
Atonement for the money just be careful… do not take from them
Of course I do not give up on the money and I demand it

Carlove employees made it were very simple and explaine how to get your International drivers license while you wait, but better if you do before because it can be a 1-2 hr wait. I made it urgent and it came back in 5 min. No questions or test to get the International drivers license. Great car! Great experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best car rental company in Prague! I have rented with CarLove for a few years now and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting an excellent service. The cars are brilliant and the customer service faultless. The employees are exceptionally helpful and are always at the end of the phone to answer any questions (English isn’t a problem)! They always help to pick up a car, suggest parking options, explain the difference in traffic rules and behavior on the roads.
The prices are far more affordable than any other rental service in Prague. I'll definitely be coming back.

Communication was fast and friendly, staff member answered all my questions and there was no issue with the car. I got a brand new i30, so it was a pleasure to do 1000km during the Easter weekend. Czech vignette was included in the price, so there's nothing to worry about. Definitely recommended ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing team! Dealing with this company has been so easy and they go above and beyond what other car rental companies will do. They delivered the car at our hotel in Prague and the rental process was quick and painless, they brought along all the paperwork necessary and a credit card machine and we drove off with a brand new car. Upon return, we were able to return it at the airport and they even came as late as 10pm to collect it. I never had such a great service from a rental company before and I only wish we had found them years ago. Not only do they have the best deals and new cars, but the staff is also extremely polite and very nice to deal with. 5 stars, highly recommend!
