I am always very satisfied with the work and attitude of the employees and I believe that if something "does not fit" on the repaired car, the service will correct it. Humans are not machines. Der Mitarbeiter hat sich geduldig mit mir per App verständigt, es wurde sofort ein Kostenvoranschlag erstellt, das Auto war am nächsten Tag fertig und der Kostenvoranschlag wurde sogar noch unterboten. Wir sind mit unserem Auto gut wieder zu Hause angekommen, und wir empfehlen dringend, wer unbedingt eine Panne in Tschechien haben muss, sollte dies möglichst in Melnik vor der Tür dieser Autowerkstatt erledigen. Toller Service, unkompliziert, kompetent, top! Nochmals Danke! Thank you very much again, you saved our vacation. The greatest possible disaster: Broken car while on vacation in a foreign country. The employee patiently communicated with me via the app, a cost estimate was created immediately, the car was ready the next day and the cost estimate was even undercut. We got back home safely with our car, and we strongly recommend that if you have a breakdown in the Czech Republic, you should do it in Melnik in front of the door of this garage.
