B	Brian L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really excellent hotel! Friendly staff and great rooms with a big bed in a historic location in sight of the Charles Bridge. The full bath tub was a welcome surprise and good for soaking sore feet after a day of walking around the city!
F	Florian Schneider on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4* Hotel in a former apartment building. Good value for money. Lacks severely in charme as there is no lobby / reception and hallways are just like an apartment building. Rooms were alright, not spotless though. The location is great though.

Decent and spacious room and bathroom, which I felt were well cleaned except for finding a marshmallow biscuit stuck to the wardrobe door. Delighted to find plenty of amenities with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and range of complimentary teas and coffees and relatively inexpensive mini-bar. Reception staff extremely friendly and helpful. Main criticism would be difficulty in finding building as just a small doorway in busy street and you're buzzed through into a foyer with no directions on where to go. Had to google phone number and call reception to ask how to find them. They explained I needed to take elevator to 2nd floor but no signage whatsoever at entrance to show this. Conveniently next door to McDonald's and range of other cafes, bars &, shops etc as well as being right beside tram and bus stops. Would definitely stay here again.

Finding it was confusing, it is like an apartment building turned into a hotel, wherein you need to be buzzed in to enter. Good landmark is the McDonalds beside it.Few steps up to reach elevator and reception desk is on 2nd floor. No AC, but fan can be requested. Can be tough during summer, but comfortable during the cooler months. All in all, experience was great due to the location ,especially to the trams station which is 5 mins away. Would definitely come back.

The washer and dryer were missing from our unit, so if you booked a room with a w&d, maybe check ahead to be sure you are getting one. The hotel was full and they couldn’t change our room. Still a nice place in a great location.
O	Onur O on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, easy access to or from most places. Do not expect a standard hotel, it is located in the second floor of an apartment. Room was clean, staff was friendly. One problem was about the breakfast. They serve the breakfast in another building, not the hotel building, see what I wrote above, and they do not serve it earlier than 08:30 AM. I had to cancel the breakfast and they refused pay me back the breakfast fee. Not a big problem, but if you have an early programme, consider this
V	Vanessa Cookson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic location. Literally can see Charles Bridge. Nice restaurants and bars near by. Tram stop in view. Lovely room very clean lovely bathroom and comfy beds. Only downside is it is a little noisy from outside street. Ear plugs provided. Service is great and MacDonalds is next door.
A	Anette Larsen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent hotel. High quality sleeping with really good mattress, pillows and blankets. Bathroom top quality. Access to a shared kitchen was really nice. Terrace an extra bonus. Really friendly and helpful staff that responded immediately. However, it's the worst decoration I ever seen. Dark blue walls, black wardrobe, pink curtains, green pillows, grey bed. Brownish colored loft lamp grandmother style (gives no light), copper metal wall lamps (uncovered light bulbs, that is blinding) and terracotta bedside lamps that was good. Dracula like picture above the bed, and teenage light decoration above. Totally style confusion.
