p	pan Recenze on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jako stávající klient jsem se 5. listopadu chtěl telefonicky zeptat na rychlou informaci. Po třičtvrtě hodinovém vyčkávání na lince to vzdal a raději napsal email. Dnes (PO 25 DNECH!!!) přišla odbytá odpověď. Priorita pro stávající klienty 0! ROZHODNĚ NEDOPORUČUJI! As an existing client, I wanted to ask for quick information by phone on November 5th. After waiting for three-quarters of an hour on the line, he gave up and preferred to write an email. Today (AFTER 25 DAYS !!!) came the sold-out answer. Priority for existing clients 0! I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!
J	Jan Tkadleček on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jak jinak pojmenovat tuto firmu? Katastrofa. Od listopadu nikdo nereaguje na emaily. Na hovor už 2 a půl hodiny také nikdo nereaguje. Co si počít když stav plynu vypočtou z průměru, který nemají a reálný jim ani pomocí webu, ani pomocí mojeMND a ani pomocí emailu nemůžete zaslat? Nic, jen do budoucna lépe vybírat dodavatele. How else to name this company? Catastrophe. No one has been responding to emails since November. No one has answered the call for 2 and a half hours. What do you expect when they calculate the gas status from the average they don't have and you can't send them real via the web, my MND or email? Nothing, just better suppliers to choose in the future.

For me, complete satisfaction with the negotiations and services. The customer portal is fully sufficient for an ongoing overview of advance payments and consumption.

Cokoli, jen ne proklientský přístup...nemám slov. Supposedly the most recommended energy supplier ... haha, so maybe years ago. Now by behaving at the level of bankrupts. Get out of here! Anything but a pro-client approach ... I have no words.

Jak tady čtu ty recenze tak k této společnosti nikdy nepřejdu. A jejím klientům doporučuji aby odešli. A pokud někdo z mého okolí u nich bude tak určitě na mé doporučení odejdou. The appointment with Mr Zacharias and his party was canceled 30 minutes before it began. He did not respond to further calls. As I read the reviews here, I will never go to this company. And I recommend her clients to leave. And if someone from my area will be with them, they will definitely leave on my recommendation.
R	Radek Kulkus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ K MND jsem kdysi přešel, protože měli dobrou cenu a člověk mohl smlouvy vypovědět kdykoliv. Nedávno jsem koupil dům a přestěhoval se. Bez rozmyslu jsem převedl elektřinu k MND. Byl jsem velmi překvapen, když mi přišel rozpis záloh. Spotřeba dle aktuálního ceníku vycházela na zálohy cca 4,5k Kč/měs, nicméně přišel rozpis na 10k Kč/měs. Po telefonu mi několikrát přislíbili snížit zálohy ale nestalo se tak. Nakonec mi odpověděli na e-mail, ze zálohy snížit nemůžou. Já jim zas nemůžu zdarma půjčovat peníze, takže jsem poslal výpověď. Jejich komunikaci považuji za tristní a jsem si jistý, ze se k MND nikdy nevratim. I used to switch to MND because they had a good price and one could terminate the contracts at any time. I recently bought a house and moved. Without thinking, I transferred the electricity to MND. I was very surprised when I received a schedule of advances. Consumption according to the current price list was based on advances of about 4.5 CZK / month, however, a breakdown of 10 CZK / month came. They promised me several times over the phone to reduce my backups, but that didn't happen. Eventually, they replied to my e-mail, they can't reduce the backup. Again, I can't lend them money for free, so I resigned. I consider their communication sad and I am sure that I will never return to MND.
T	Tim Owen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst company I have EVER dealt with. We told them that our bills were not high enough for months and they told us everything was fine. We switched to a new supplier and suddenly were told we needed to pay 18,000. We paid it. And now every few months we get another bill that they have 'just discovered. We asked them for a full breakdown and we would finally just pay whatever they wanted to get rid of them. Whilst they were sorting that we started getti g late payment fines. And then executor fines. And they still do not say how much the final bill is for us to pay. Worst company ever
