★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hodně špatné, není absolutně možné se na místo telefonicky dovolat, po dobu cca dvou dnů, dopoledne, odpoledne, nikdo telefon nezvedne a není šance si domluvit prodloužení uložení objednaného zboží. Záznamník který se neustále ozývá, to je jak asi před čtvrtstoletím, tak to fungovalo v devadesátkách.
Very bad, it is absolutely impossible to call the place by phone, for about two days, morning, afternoon, no one will answer the phone and there is no chance to arrange an extension of the storage of the ordered goods. The answering machine that keeps ringing is both about a quarter of a century ago, so it worked in the 1990s.

Never send things from Modiva to Bite Smichov. You wait an hour before they prepare your order to be ready .. never again

A pak ještě jsem musela stát ve frontě ke platbě.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší obchod ve kterém jsem kdy byl. Člověk tam ztráví hodinu, aby si mohl zakoupit objednanou věc a personál je naprosto nepříjemný. Už nikdy.
The worst deal I've ever been to. One spends an hour there to be able to buy the ordered item and the staff is absolutely uncomfortable. Never.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem už nikdy. Chaos, čekání na boty dvacet minut (poté jsem to vzdal a odešel), u kasy nehýbající se fronta. Prodavačky se raději schovávají někde v zákulisí, nikde nikdo. Řvoucí idiotská Tuc Tuc hudba, z níž člověk dostane po pěti minutách tik. Ukázkové peklo.
Here never again. Chaos, waiting for the shoes for twenty minutes (then I gave up and left), a stationary queue at the cash register. The saleswomen prefer to hide somewhere behind the scenes, no one anywhere. Roaring idiot Tuc Tuc music, from which one gets a tick after five minutes. Sample hell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na první pohled “prodejna budoucnosti”, na druhy vsak chaos a zmar. Velmi chladny az sterilni pristup obsluhy/prodavacky, podrazdeny ton pri kazdem dotazu, nicmene chapu kazdy muze mit den blbec… jen citim ze tohle je zde na dennim poradku. Objednana bunda k vyzvednuti. Vyzkouseno za 2 minutky, chci zaplatit ale prodavacka me zastavi, ze mi bundu musi zabalit… nepreju si baleni, ale jsem odbyt ze proste bude zabalena. Cekam 20 minut. Po urgenci jina kolegyne bundu vmziku zabali a prinese… proc proboha trvaji na baleni a zbytecne tasce? Co trva 20 minut na vlozeni bundy do igelitu a nasledne do tasky? Nerozumim tomu…
At first glance, the "store of the future", but a kind of chaos and ruin. Very cold and sterile approach of the operator / saleswoman, irritated by the tone of every inquiry, however, everyone can have a fool's day - I just feel that this is the order of the day. Order jacket to be picked up. Tried in 2 minutes, I want to pay but the saleswoman stops me from having to pack my jacket… I don't want packing, but I'm selling it just to be packed. I 'm waiting 20 minutes. After the urgency, another colleague wrapped the jacket in an instant and will bring why why on earth do they insist on packing and unnecessary bags? What takes 20 minutes to put the jacket in plastic and then in the bag? I do not understand that…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite having quite a nice selection of different brands, Modivo's/Eobuv service is terrible. As someone who likes to try things on before buying, I go there quite often and leave frustrated every time.
First, they have a limit on things you can order to try on, so you order 5 different things, you wait till it's delivered, you go to the store, the things you ordered happen to be the wrong size or just don't fit well, and you have to repeat the process again and again. At the physical store, there's almost nothing in stock.
Second, I'd like to note that service at the store is consistently bad. The last 3 times I came for my Modivo order, there was noone at the cashier and I had to wait 15-25 min till someone would show up to scan my barcode. In addition, once they brought me a torn coat, and the other time the screen which is supposed to show what you're trying on, with prices and sizes, was not working. Never did anyone apologize or offer me any help.
Lastly, Eobuv esize scanning systems seems to be off. They often recommend me a size that's too big. So even that is unreliable and forces me to go to the physical store every time to be sure.
Overall, I'll probably keep shopping at this store just because they do have the brands I like, but I highly recommend the management to do something about customer experience and service cause as soon as there's an alternative that works for me, I'll switch.
