★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velká akce k výročí Antošovy krčmy 9.-11.2.2018 - Řízkové hody. V neděli v poledne měli na výběr z JEDNOHO druhu řízku, a sice kuřecí, který si děláme doma, takže proč bychom na něj chodili do restaurace. Když jsme se podivili, že očekáváme výběr z alespoň 5 druhů, arogantní servírka nám řekla, že je neděle a řízky došly. Protože jsme byli hladoví, neodešli jsme, přestože jsme byli rozladění, alespoň dali jsme si guláš, byl hnusný a drahý. Už tam nepůjdeme.
Big event for the anniversary of Antoš's tavern 9.-11.2.2018 - Cutting feast. On Sunday at noon, they had a choice of ONE type of steak, namely chicken, which we make at home, so why would we go to a restaurant for it. When we were surprised that we were expecting a selection of at least 5 species, the arrogant waitress told us that it was Sunday and the cutlets ran out. Because we were hungry, we did not leave, even though we were out of tune, at least we had goulash, it was disgusting and expensive. We're not going there anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jedná z najkrajších pivárni aké som navštívil. Perfektná obsluha. Na požiadanie sme absolvovali prehliadku po historických pivniciach a zároveň nám bola zrealizovaná prednáška o historii pivovaru a taktiež o výrobe piva. Ukážka jednotlivých výrobných procesov. A záver tvoril samozrejme degustáciov jednotlivých pivných výrobkov doplnený konzumáciou chutných jedál.
It is one of the most beautiful breweries I have visited. Perfect service. Upon request, we took a tour of historic pubs and at the same time we gave a lecture on the history of the brewery and also on beer production. Demonstration of individual production processes. And the conclusion was, of course, tastings of individual beer products, supplemented by the consumption of tasty meals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modletický dům je nazýván po majiteli z přelomu 16. a 17. století, který zde začal vařit pivo. Původní gotický dům byl ještě o 300 let starší. Současná podoba domu s arkýřem a kamenným portálem je z roku 1578. Nyní je zde opět malý pivovar.
The Modletice House is called after the owner from the turn of the 16th and 17th centuries, who started to brew beer here. The original Gothic house was even 300 years older. The current appearance of the house with a bay window and a stone portal is from 1578. Now there is a small brewery again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Недалеко от костёла Святого Готарда расположен одно из старейших зданий в Слани, именуемое в народе Дом Модлетице. Выполнен он в смешанном стиле, сочетающий в себе ренессансные, барочные и классические черты. Само сооружение расположенно на границе улиц Винаржицкий и Штехова. Дом внесён в список охраняемых культурных памятников Чешской Республики.
Это двухстворчатое здание со стеклянными воротами, было построено в конце 13 столетия. Отличительной чертой дома являются выступающий боковой эркер и каменный портал эпохи Возрождения с несколькими статуями.
В 16 веке в этом доме варили пиво, которое славилось на всю округу. Здание было реконструировано в 21 веке, и в настоящее время в нем продолжаются традиции пивоварения, - здесь производится пиво марки Antoš.
В настоящее время здесь работает кафе, в котором вы сможете не только испробовать вкус крафтого пива Антош, но и блюда национальной кухни.
Not far from the church of St. Gotthard is located one of the oldest buildings in Slany, popularly referred to as the House of Modletice. It is made in a mixed style, combining Renaissance, Baroque and classic features. The building itself is located on the border of Vinarzhitsky and Shtekhov streets. The house is included in the list of protected cultural monuments of the Czech Republic.
This two-winged building with glass gates was built at the end of the 13th century. A distinctive feature of the house is a protruding side bay window and a stone portal of the Renaissance with several statues.
In the 16th century, beer was brewed in this house, which was famous throughout the district. The building was reconstructed in the 21st century, and currently brewing traditions continue in it - Antoš beer is produced here.
Currently, there is a cafe in which you can not only taste the taste of Antosh craft beer, but also dishes of national cuisine.
