★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V obci Libčice najdeme dva pomníky obětí první světové války a jeden pomník obětí druhé světové války. Pomník obětem 2. světové války 1939 - 1945 na náměstí Svobody v Libčicích nad Vltavou je umístěn v mírném svahu nad restaurací a budovou Sokola. V centrální části pomníku jsou vytesána a zlatou barvou zvýrazněna jména dvou padlých sovětských vojáků a třech umučených v transportu smrti. Tento vlak projížděl obcí Letky. Na postraních žulových kvádrech najdeme jména dvaceti padlých obyvatel obce.
In Libčice we can find two monuments of the victims of the First World War and one monument of the victims of the Second World War. The memorial to the victims of World War II 1939 - 1945 on Liberty Square in Libčice nad Vltavou is located on a gentle slope above the restaurant and Sokol building. In the central part of the monument the names of two fallen Soviet soldiers and three martyred in the death transport are carved and highlighted in gold. This train passed through the village of Letka. On the sides of the granite blocks we find the names of twenty fallen inhabitants of the village.
