The staff is nice, but that's the end of it. We had ordered a bed (a certain color, material and type), which was put into production somewhere in January / February, and we waited for it for 4-5 months, at first they make excuses that they are still delayed due to the cover, but it is weak excuse. We dealt with it and kept chasing them and telling them what it looked like, because it was no longer such a normal waiting time. Then came other excuses (because it was time) in the sense that the type of wood for the grates was missing, due to the war in Ukraine (the truth was that they only entered it into production). A week before the announced delivery, we learned that they did not actually have the fabric we requested and we had to choose another one and that the bed would be ready and sent to us in a week (then where the truth is with all the delay). Communication is very strange and outdated, because with this approach I would not be surprised that no one goes there (it looks like that). The worst came in the end. We mounted the bed and found a hole in the storage space, which turned us on the maximum. We contacted them that we wanted to solve it, but they came up with the claim that it could have happened when we carried her to the apartment (they classically threw it at us, but said that they would try to file a complaint), they had not contacted us yet, and even I don't think they even started to deal with it. Terrible experience and I recommend buying any furniture anywhere else.
