★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Žádost o vydání ISIC pro žáka ZŠ přesně podle instrukcí od 1.9.2019 uvedených na webu ISIC, na aktuálním formuláři, s OP zákonného zástupce, dítě zapsané v OP s povinnou školní docházkou...Slečna extrémně neochotná, nikde nikdo, neměla co dělat a četla si knihu. Zjevně nechtěla být rušena, tak mne vypakovala i se žádostí s tím, že žák musí přijít osobně, jinak kartu nevydá. Na webu ISIC o tom nic není a na vlastních stránkách mají napsáno, ze by se dostavit měl, nikoliv, že musí. Zbytečná cesta, ale popojeďte kousek z Florence na hlavní nádraží a kartu tam vydají na pockání, ochotně a bez problémů, i když tam zákazníci byli - na rozdíl od NIC, chápu proč.

There is nothing on the ISIC website and they have written on their own pages that they should come, not that they must. Unnecessary journey, but drive a bit from Florence to the main station and issue a card there for a while, willingly and without problems, even though customers were there - unlike NIC, I understand why.
