První mi přišel bez třpitek, když jsem se to odvážil říci slečna byla neochotná a nepříjemná . Druhy už připravila dobře, protože jsem ji to připomněl . Takže první bez třpitek a se špatnými kuličky a odnesl jsem si ho já . Tohle tak dobrý čaj snižuje … On January 30, 2022, I was at Olympia Plzeň for Samshine tea. J	Julie Sudíková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obsluha byla přes 10 min pryč, s cedulkou “přijdu hned”. Za dalších 10 min jsem se dostala na řadu s dalších 10 minut jsem čekala na 3 drinky. Pán byl značně nepříjemný, řekla jsem mu, že jsem prvně a nevysvětlil, jednal se mnou jako kdybych byla úplně blbá. Pro pití za 160 Kč už si nikdy nezajdu a nedoporučuji nikomu dalšímu. The staff was over 10 minutes away, with a "I'll be right there" sign. In the next 10 minutes I got in line with the next 10 minutes I waited for 3 drinks. The Lord was very annoying, I told him that I did not explain at first, he treated me as if I were completely stupid. I will never go for a drink for 160 CZK and I do not recommend it to anyone else.
E	Ema Marečková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 28.2.2022 jsem si byla koupit čaj v Plzni v Plaze. Pán měl napsáno že "hned jsem tu" ale čekala jsem tam více než 10 minut a nebylo to poprvé. Poté jsem čekala opět, než si nandal zástěru atd... Než samotné čaje připravil(kupovala jsem si 2), trvalo to dalších 10 minut. Přišel z venku a ani si neumyl ruce, kterými následně nandaval led. Obsluha u tohoto baru je jinak super, když zrovna nenarazím na tohoto pána. 28.2.2022 I was to buy tea in Pilsen in the Plaza. The Lord had written that "I'll be right there" but I waited there for more than 10 minutes and it wasn't the first time. Then I waited again before putting on an apron, etc ... It took another 10 minutes before he made the teas themselves (I bought 2). He came from outside and didn't even wash his hands, which he used to pour ice. The service at this bar is otherwise great when I don't come across this gentleman.

Přímo na pultu při propichování igelitového vršku mi kelímek praskl a já stála s rukou pod kelímkem, abych to celé nerozlila po zemi a prosila prodavače o druhý kelímek, abych to do toho prostě mohla postavit a neteklo to. Prodavač mi oznámil, že mi ho dát nemůže, protože je součástí objednávky a platí se za něj. A hádal se tam se mnou další minutu, co jsem tam stála s rukou pod kelímkem a všude tekl čaj. Nechápu. I kdyby se jednalo o maloprodej a neexistovalo více prodejen (čili by kelímků kupovali od dodavatele stokrát míň), kelímek je nemůže vyjít na víc, než desetinu halíře. To je za mě uspokojující cena za spokojenost zákazníka. Ale holt nic:) Really the most startling customer service experience that has ever happened to me. Right on the counter when piercing the plastic top, my cup broke and I stood with my hand under the cup so that I wouldn't spill it all over the ground and beg the salesman for a second cup so I could just put it in and it didn't flow. The salesman told me that he could not give it to me because it was part of the order and it was paid for. And he argued with me for another minute, standing there with my hand under the cup and tea flowing everywhere. I do not understand. Even if it was a retail sale and there were no more stores (that is, they would buy cups from the supplier a hundred times less), the cup cannot cost more than a tenth of a penny. This is a satisfactory price for customer satisfaction for me. Ale holt nic :)
E	Elis my name is on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upřímě nedala by jsem ani tu jednu hvězdičku jdu do plazy přede mnou jedna jediná slečna čekám 20 min. tak přijdu na řadu objednám si “mléčného jednorožce” zaprvý nedala mi tam vůbec ovocný sirup musela jsem si to připomenout sama a když to nalévala do kelímku takže se mi nelíbí že je to bez příchutě jsem jí řekla a poprosila jí aby mi to tam dala její připomínka nebo spíš omlouva sorry jako mě docela naštvala neochotná protivná Ta pěna nahoře nebyla pěna ale bylo to sražený nebo nevím jak to popsat byla jsem zticha odešla jsem a víckrát už jsi tam Bubble tea asi nedám momentálně mě mrzí že jsem si to nevyfotila I honestly wouldn't give a single star I'm going to the reptile in front of me one single girl I'm waiting 20 min. so it's my turn to order a "dairy unicorn" first she didn't give me fruit syrup at all I had to remind myself and when she poured it into a cup so I don't like it it's tasteless I told her and asked her to give it to her there reminder or rather sorry sorry like I was quite upset reluctant disgusting The foam upstairs was not foam but it was knocked down or I don't know how to describe it I was quiet I left and you are already there Bubble tea I probably won't give it away I'm sorry at the moment that I didn't take a picture
