★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wifi připojení pořád padalo,po domluvě s pánem ať se nám na to přijde někdo kompetentní podívat, super,vyměnil router a hned je 5g síť...spokojenost...?? jen aby to vydrželo napořád ? děkuji

Vždy vstřícné a seriózní jednání - super ?

Tak neschopnou firmu s tak nevhodným a arogantním chovaním jsem ještě nezažil.
Internet zapojit umí. Ale to umí každá firma poskytující internet.
Pokud platíte a nic nepotřebujete je všechno v pořádku. V momentě, kdy začnete řešit reklamaci, dostane se vám takového arogantního až sprostého jednání, že si říkáte, jak jste mohl uzavřít smlouvu s takovou zkaženou firmou, kde je všechno špatně.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

He can connect the Internet. But every internet company can do that.
If you pay and you don't need anything, everything is fine. The moment you start resolving a complaint, you get such an arrogant or vulgar behavior that you wonder how you could have signed a contract with such a corrupt company, where everything is wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super přístup a komunikace, péče o zákazníky. Při instalaci byl problém s optickým kabelem, který nebyl tam kde by měl být, technici to přesto nevzdali a našli kabel cca 5 metrů od domu. Přesto že pršelo, vše si vykopali sami, našli a zakopali, a po práci nezanechali ani stopu. Za mě super!
Super approach and communication, customer care. During the installation there was a problem with the optical cable, which was not where it should be, but the technicians did not give up and found the cable about 5 meters from the house. Despite the rain, they dug everything up themselves, found and buried it, leaving no trace of work. Great for me!
