Takhle si představuji služby úřadu - rychle, profesionálně a mile. Dnes už je to asi dost běžné, ale přesto dodávám, že zde lze platit jak v hotovosti tak kartou. Fajn je i možnost se online objednat, sledovat vytížení přepážek a potěší i nabídka zaslání informace o hotovém dokladu do SMS. Úplným bonusem pak je aktualizovaná informace o hotových dokladech podle data podání žádosti. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pan úředník tedy neměl její jméno na seznamu. Přesto nás vzal ochotně oba a během mých 15 minut jsme předání průkazu stihli. Doba výroby pasů a občanských průkazů je velmi rychlá a měli jsme je hotové přibližně do týdne. Skvělá práce. In the Covenant period, the ID card agenda was moved here. Na vyhotovení pasu funguje on-line rezervace - a opravdu jsme s dcerou šly ihned po příchodu na úřad na řadu, přestože před námi čekali lidi. Paní za přepážkou sice při mé odpovědi pro koho bude pas (pro mne a pro 10M dceru) protočila panenky, ale za chvíli byla fajn. Dcera vyfocena napoprvé, já napotřetí :-). Vyzvednutí pasu bez objednání a bez čekání. Velmi milý pán za přepážkou. Kdyby toto byl standard na všech úřadech, tak by neměli lidi důvod na státní úředníky nadávat. A great show for me.
