A	Alan Pock on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To že vláda omezila pracovní dobu a tím nahnala všechny lidi koncentrovaně do dvou dní je až absurdně komické. Nicméně musím říct, že zaměstnanci úřadu se s tím popasovali na jedničku. Velice ochotně vám po příchodu řeknou co se děje, průběžně za vámi chodí a informují vás o stavu a prostě se snaží aby to fungovalo. Jsem opravdu rád, že už i u nás se najdou úředníci, které práce evidentně baví a umí udělat hezký den ostatním a ve výsledku i sobě. The fact that the government reduced working hours and thus drove all people concentrated within two days is absurdly comical. However, I must say that the employees of the office dealt with it in number one. They will be very happy to tell you what's going on when they arrive, they will visit you on an ongoing basis and inform you about the condition and they are just trying to make it work. I am really glad that there are officials in our country who obviously enjoy the work and can make a nice day for others and, as a result, for themselves.

Ptam se neni nahodou čtvrtek... T	The Stage on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsem toto místo navštívil, protože jsem si šel žádat o občanský průkaz. Všechno proběhlo v absolutním pořádku a klidu. Paní na oddělení 2A mi byla sympatická a hodně veselá. Je zde také automat na vodu a na kávu. Všechno je zde zařízeno moderně, spokojenost ;) I visited this place today because I went to apply for my ID card. Everything was done in absolute order and peace. Mistress at Department 2A was nice and very cheerful. There is also a water and coffee vending machine. Everything is furnished in a modern way, satisfaction;)

Úředníci jsou většinou milí a vstřícní, dnes byla paní na vydávání OP naprosto perfektní. It can be ordered online, which is definitely the best option in most cases. The officials are mostly nice and helpful, today the lady for issuing the OP was absolutely perfect.

I přes ten nával co tam byl , byla usměvavá, milá, ochotná, vstřícná a profesionál......za mě dělá pro lidi víc než jen svou práci. Škoda, že se OP nemění 2x do roka. Za paní Novákovou bych klidně chodila s radosti častěji. Today I was handling a new OP and if I could, I would give Mrs. Renate Nováková 10 stars. Despite the rush that was there, she was smiling, kind, helpful, helpful and professional ...... she does more for people than just her job. It is a pity that the OP does not change twice a year. I would gladly go to Mrs. Nováková more often.

Je to dost nepříjemné, protože u přepážky čekají jen dvě minuty a pak jde další klient. Occasionally, serial number screens turn off and they don't even beep when they change numbers, so the client must keep their eyes glued to the monitor. It's quite annoying, because they only wait two minutes at the counter and then another client goes.

We just moved to Karlin few days ago, I had to change the address and to obtain a parking permission. It took all together less than 20 min. Staff super polite and efficient. Easy access. Czech Republic welcome to customer centric 21. century!?
