House No. 930 in the Old Town Square was part of the now defunct monastery, which stretched from Old Town Square to Dušní street up to the Church of St. Salvator, with which was connected by a covered corridor. The monastery was demolished during a Josefov redevelopment at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. The early Baroque building of the former convent of the Paulans (No. 930 on the Old Town Square) was built after 1648 on the site of an older building, according to the projects of P. I. Bayer and D. Canevallo. The sculptural decoration was given by M. V. Jäckel in 1696, the stonework comes from G. B. Allia. Dům čp. 930 na Staroměstském náměstí byl součástí dnes už zaniklého kláštera, který se rozkládal od Staroměstského náměstí při Dušní ulici ke kostelu sv. Salvátora, se kterým byl spojen krytou chodbou. Klášter byl zbourán během asanace na přelomu 19. a 20. století. Raně barokní budova bývalého konventu paulánů byl vystavěn po roce 1648 na místě starší zástavby podle projektu P. I. Bayera a D. Canevalla. Sochařskou výzdobu dodal roku 1696 M. V. Jäckel, kamenické práce pocházejí od G. B. Allia.

Didn't like the food served. Sirloin was dry as were the gratinated potatoes. An absolute fail. The only tasty item was the mineral water...
