★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eh. Not bad for a single night with people who don't have a lot of luggage, as there is no lift. But we spent 4 nights and just won't do it again. The little lady who checked us in was beyond slow. But she was sweet, so..okay. The blinds didn't close all the way, so up came the sun and awake we were. One window didn't open, one window didn't lock. Thankfully we were on the top floor, so not threat of anyone coming in. The beds are hard. Not our thing. You have to turn your key in before leaving for the day and pick it up when you come back. Not a bad idea. The interstate goes right over the top of the hotel and 2 trains go by, one in front, one in back. The tram goes to Old Town, #18 so really super convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good accommodation and extremely friendly, helpful and available staff. The included breakfast has everything you could need and the city centre is easily accessible by tram. In case you cannot sleep with railway noises, however, this is not for you. If it doesn't bother you, this place is amazing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice accommodation given the good price. The staff is really kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and relatively large, comfortable for families. The location is very convenient, the tram and metro station is near.
However, the building is not accommodating for disabled people because there are many pretty steep stairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best about this hotel is the price. It.s quite cheap and the rooms and bathrooms are clean. You also have a nice breakfast. The matress is very confortable. The worst is the noise. You can hear the train very early in the morning and even at night. The receptionist was kind, not very smiling, but Czech people are that way. It.s 30 minutes walking from the city center but you have a tram station just in front. It.s not suitable for old people because there are lots of stairs and it has no elevator. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well-kept and pleasant hotel at an affordable price in Prague. Friendly staff especially the man who checked us in. Room and bathroom were super clean. The hotel is easily accessible by public transport. There was no option for breakfast due to COVID-19. I'd highly recommend it.
