Kousek od dálnice a nákupního centra, takže Penzion Star, děkujeme :-) Great accommodation, nice rooms, plus fitness and for our children table tennis and darts, what should we want more ?! Not far from the highway and shopping center, so Pension Star, thank you :-)

J	Jana Dušková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V létě jsem telefonicky rezervovala ubytování v penzionu Star s tím, že jsem cestou na místo ještě ověřovala, zda s námi počítají. Do této doby nebyl problém, ale když jsme dorazili, bylo nám oznámeno, že nás nemohou ubytovat kvůli prodloužení pobytu jiného hosta, což považuji za velmi neprofesionální jednání. Paní domácí nás ujistila, že pro nás zařídila náhradní ubytování, kde jsme se nedozvonili, ani nedovolali a museli si tedy hledat na rychlo ubytování jiné. In the summer, I booked the accommodation at the Star Guesthouse by phone, checking that they were counting on us on the way to the place. Until then, there was no problem, but when we arrived we were told that they could not accommodate us because of the extension of another guest's stay, which I consider to be a very unprofessional act. The homeowner assured us that she arranged for us alternative accommodation, where we did not ring or call and therefore had to look for other accommodation quickly.

Posilovna nás tam příjemně překvapila. Díky hokejový tým z Prachatic Thanks again for the accommodation, which was nice clean and cheap! It was near the ice rink, which we needed! The gym surprised us pleasantly there. Thanks to the hockey team from Prachatice
A	Alenka Mladá on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pobyt v penzionu Star určitě doporučím všem, kdo by chtěli zavítat do Plzně, ať už služebně nebo na výlet. Moc milá a vstřícná paní majitelka. Apartmán byl velmi prostorný, čístý, moderně zařízený a jelikož jsem tam strávila celé 2 týdny, tak i průběžný (denní) úklid byl naprosto v pořádku. Moc se nám tam s kolegyní líbilo. Děkujeme. Stay in the pension Star definitely I recommend it to anyone who would like visit to Pilsen, whether for business or trip. Very nice and helpful lady owner. The apartment was very spacious, clean, modern furnished and as I spent there for 2 weeks, so the continuous (daily) cleaning was perfectly fine. We really liked it there with my colleague. Thank you.

Apartment house, where the apartment has rooms for 3-5 people. If you are looking for something to sleep in, this is fine.
R	Robert Kasi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total unseriös. Wir haben bereits vor einigen Monaten ein Zimmer gebucht. Nach unserer Ankunft war kein Mensch da, Telefon ausgeschaltet. Wir waren super müde von der Fahrerei und dann der Stress in einer fremden Stadt ohne Unterkunft..Es standen auch andere Gäste vor der Tür. Warum haben sie uns nicht kurz informiert dass sie kein Zimmer mehr frei haben? Wir haben über Hotel. CZ gebucht aber die könnten auch nichts machen. Hat uns viel Zeit und Nerven gekostet um was anderes zu finden und nicht im Auto übernachten zu müssen. Vielen Dank Pension Star in Pilsen. Totally dubious. We booked a room a few months ago. When we arrived, nobody was there, the phone was switched off. We were super tired from driving and then the stress in a foreign city without accommodation. There were other guests at the door. Why didn't you just let us know that you didn't have a room left? We have about hotel. CZ booked but they couldn't do anything either. It took us a lot of time and nerves to find something else and not have to spend the night in the car. Thank you Pension Star in Pilsen.
Z	Zuzanna Mroczkowska on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room and toilet wasnt fully cleaned. Radiator only in one room and other rooms are totally cold. Bathroom was totally old and stinky. Pitty that i dont have any photos. Fridge was so little and freezer was broken...
