Friendly staff, clean interior but a little older, some furniture needs to be replaced. Good food. The pension is in a quiet location.

J	Jiří Miškeřík on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vila je příjemně bokem posazená, jenom musíte vyjít schody. Její technický stav není úplně nejlepší, přesto hodnotím velmi pozitivně. Přístup k hostům je osobní a vstřícný, krásně se o nás postaral pan správce i s vařením snídaně a byla na poměrně nízkou sumu za nocleh bohatá. Určitě bychom se tam rádi zase někdy ubytovali. The villa is nicely set sideways, you just have to go up the stairs. Her technical condition is not the best, but I appreciate it very positively. The access to the guests is personal and accommodating, the caretaker and the breakfast were taking great care of us, and the price was quite low. Certainly we would like to stay there again sometimes.
E	Enrico Thoms on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um die Bewertung abzugeben, musste ich einen Stern geben. Selbst dieser ist zu viel. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe zu Gast und hatten 6 Zimmer gebucht. Ja was soll ich schreiben ein Zimmer haben wir stornieren lassen weil dreckig und keine neue Bettwäsche aufgezogen war. Selbst die bitte des was auch immer Einlassdienstes die Betten selber zu beziehen konnten wir nicht erfüllen, da keine Bettwäsche da war!. Zu den Zimmern und Sicherheit im Haus. Beheizt werden die Zimmer elektrisch. Leider war es in ALLEN 6 Zimmern nicht möglich zu Heizen da kein Strom anlag. Das Fernsehprogramm beschränkte sich auf einen tschechischen Musiksender. Am schlimmsten fanden wir die Zimmertüren. Die WC-Tür ging gar nicht zu zu machen. Badtür und restliche Zimmertüren nur mit einfacher körperlicher Gewalt. Die Bitte zum abschließen der Eingangstür(zweiflügig) sind wir nach gekommen. Leider ließ sich die Haustür danach wieder aufdrücken. Alles in Allem ist das hotel, Pension, ABSTEIGE nicht zu empfehlen auch auf fehlenden zum Haus dazugehörenden Parkplätze möchte ich noch Hinweisen. Die Laufstrecke vom öffentlichen Parkplatz zur Unterkunft ca.15min. To give the rating, I had to give a star. Even this is too much. We were with a group as a guest and had booked 6 rooms. Yes, what should I write a room we can cancel because dirty and no new bedding was raised. Even the request of whatever inlet service to get the beds ourselves we could not meet, as no sheets were there! To the rooms and security in the house. The rooms are heated electrically. Unfortunately it was in ALL 6 rooms not possible to heat because there was no electricity. The television program was limited to a Czech music station. The worst we found the room doors. The toilet door did not work at all. Bathroom door and remaining room doors only with simple physical force. The request to complete the front door (two-door) we came to. Unfortunately, the front door was then pressed again. All in all, the hotel, guesthouse, abseiling not recommended even on the missing parking lot belonging to the house I would like to say. The running distance from the public parking lot to the accommodation about 15min.

K., jedoch ist das Sofa zum Schlafen nicht besonders geeignet, sehr hart und unbequem. Handtücher von Ikea, bitte waschen bevor sie den Gästen zur Verfügung gestellt werden - zu neu ;) Das Frühstück war einfach. Am Ambiente vom Frühstücksraum könnte gearbeitet werden. Der Service war freundlich und es liegt zentral. From the outside, the building looks well maintained. The staircase and the entrance area did not make a good impression. The rooms and the bathroom were ok, but the sofa is not very suitable for sleeping, very hard and uncomfortable. Towels from Ikea, please wash before they are made available to the guests - too new;) The breakfast was simple. The atmosphere of the breakfast room could be worked. The service was friendly and it is centrally located.

Pokoje jsou velkorysé (alespoň ten náš), čisto, skvělé místo, ale citelným nedostatkem je absence parkovacích míst. S ohledem na parkovací možnosti v tomto místě je třeba vůz nechat poměrně daleko. Kočárky a pohybově omezení lidé bohužel nepřipadají v úvahu. Máte-li zarezervované ubytování, není třeba pro účely vyložení a naložení zavazadel hradit vjezd do lázeňské zóny (je třeba se případně prokázat rezervací)! If you have booked accommodation, it is not necessary to pay for the entrance to the spa zone for the purpose of unloading and loading luggage (it is necessary to prove it with a reservation)!
