★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd like to give 0 stars, worst restaurant experience of my life! We got there 6.15pm, the entire place empty except two tables. Still it took the elderly waiter over an hour to come back to us and claim one of the mains we chose wasn't available anymore. After requesting at least the starter we got our soup after 90min waiting time (soup was mediocre and overcooked). Then after 2h waiting in total I asked how much longer the kitchen would take she claimed we wouldn't have ordered food, and if we wanted to order it would take 15-20min. This woman is mental! We just grabbed our things and left, 2h lifetime wasted here was enough. We afterwards went to the city center and found a lovely restaurant there, stay away from this tourist trap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend to anyone, unless you really can't walk a bit more for a more better-rated restaurant. The food is good and the prices are good. The customer service is the absolute worse, one of the worst I have ever experienced. One very stressed out older waitress bitterly takes your order after a very long waiting period, and pulls it out your food rudely setting it on your table. Too bad, the location is great & the atmosphere would make for a lovely experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second attempt to dine here was successful. First attempt was aborted due to a severely outnumbered elderly server. She was trying to hold it down on her own and it wasn't going well.
Tonight was less pressure and a different server. She delivered the service promised by other reviewers - no niceties, not so kind. But damnit, she got the job done. In German. In Czech. In Russian. Alone. I give her kudos for making a miserable looking job tolerable.
Food was serviceable. I didn't want to challenge the kitchen, so my cordon blue was decent, and the goulash and fried cheese rocked the house.
In summary, it's a feasible place with decent food. If you need some tenderness, best go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Try definitely the pork knee! Very big and the meat is super tender. Venison kebab is alright. The service is very quick, there was only one person so it seems that she was very busy and in hurry all the time.
