Close to the center, quiet location, nice reception, clean and very well equipped rooms. Elevator and parking lot available;) We'd love to do it again!

O responsável por nos receber, Sr. Mateo, foi extremamente gentil. Recomendo! Great location near main area, all new and very clean. We were driving, but we did everything walking smoothly. The person responsible for welcoming us, Mr. Mateo, was extremely kind. I recommend!

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und konnten uns wirklich gut erholen, hauptsächlich wegen der schönen Wohnung Fantastic and cheap. They even decorated especially for Christmas. We enjoyed the time very much and were able to relax really well, mainly because of the beautiful apartment
J	Ju. So. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine alte Villa vermutlich in russischem Besitz. Sehr schön und hochwertig restauriert. Sehr gepflegt alles, sehr freundlicher Besitzer der auch deutsch spricht. Besonders zu erwähnen die Matratze im Bett 1A Qualität. Sogar ein Aufzug wurde angebaut. Und alles unweit von der Innenstadt. Ein echter Geheimtip. Nur wenn Ihr hingeht müsst Ihr unbedingt fragen wo Euer Zimmer ist. Im oberen Stockwerk ist zwar auch ein superschönes modernes, gepflegtes Bad, aber es gibt keinen Wasserdruck. Ihr könnt nicht vernünftig duschen, das ist sehr schade, aber es ist so. Wenn Euch das nichts ausmacht ist alles gut. Nur wenn Ihr eine schöne Dusche liebt dann besser nicht im oberen Stockwerk wohnen. Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert. An old villa probably in Russian possession. Very nice and high quality restored. A real insider tip. Only when you go you must ask where your room is. The upper floor is also a super nice modern, well-kept bathroom, but there is no water pressure. You can not shower properly, that's a pity, but it is. If you do not mind, everything is fine. Only if you love a nice shower then better not stay in the upper floor. Otherwise highly recommended.
S	Standa lauf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi slušné jednání s majitelem, parkování před domem, velmi kvalitní pokoje. Letos jsem byl ubytován ve stejném domě, jiný pokoj a opět max. Spokojenost, proto dávám plný počet. Je to blízko na kolonádu přesto do bytu nepronikne žádný hluk. O víkendu se konaly Vary šou. Very decent dealings with the owner, parking in front of the house, very good rooms. This year I was accommodated in the same house, another room and again max. Satisfaction, so I give the full number. It is close to the colonnade, yet no noise enters the apartment. The Vary show took place over the weekend.
