I really do not recommend this hotel. Dirty room, hard mattresses, small portions of food (it was still not good), unpleasant and unsympathetic owner, the staff does not speak Czech (best to greet). Crazy experience. Šolc

Everything is great in the picture of the hotel, but the reality is different. The choice of hotel was last minute, that's why it looks like that. We used the largest apartment for 4 nights in the Alpský dům guest house. We were pleasantly surprised that it was nicer than in the photos and the equipment, including the furniture, looked new. The lady owner is really very nice and helped us with everything. We also used the possibility of outdoor grilling behind the house, which was also very pleasant and the food very good. Ideal for a group of friends, moreover, Železná ruda is a good starting point for walks and also a place with very good restaurants and cafes, for example in comparison with Kvilda, where restaurant operators often do not catch up with tourists and do not care about the quality of services. I was in the guesthouse one night with the family, booking through booking.com .day before the stay. The communication from the very beginning was helpful, the lady owner is a very nice lady. the stay took place to our great satisfaction, the apartment nice and clean, the breakfast was excellent. The area around the guest house is beautiful.
