Mají zde i pelíšky a cestovní prepravky, krmiva pro ptáky a hlodavce atd. Standard shop with supplies for cats and dogs and other animals. Prodejna plná molů všude poletuji. Okamžitě jsem se otočila. Pet centrum není špatný ale zrovna tato pobočka by si měla vzít příklad třeba z pobočky na dornychu kde mají všechno v perfektním stavu... Paní by byla určitě ráda kdyby se jí po prodejně v době nouzového stavu a omezení která dnes platí toulali zákazníci potencionální přenašeči covid 19. Určitě by si ochotně povídala s lidma co se jen přijdou podívat na zvířátka. Za den jich může na téhle prodejně třeba 100. 100x zbytečně ohroženo zdravý zaměstnanců pět center. Lidi zamyslete se nad sebou a to i paní ... Jsou tu pro nás pro to aby naše zvířátka měli i v téhle nelehké době co žrát!! Ne proto aby se pani mohla jenom podívat ... Je mi z vás paní na blití až se nakazí tihle lidé a zavřou tyhle řetězce jen kvůli vám. Tak by mě zajímalo kde vezmeme granule a pamlsky pro svoje pejsky a kočičky... m	marek paral on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cetl predchozi recenze a byl zvedav. Slecna sama ochotne popovidala o vystavenych gekonech i poradila kam pro ty, co momentalne nemaji, i vyhledala kontakt. Takze za nas dobry. He read previous reviews and was curious. Slecna herself willingly talked about the exposed geckos and advised where for those who do not have, and seek contact. So good for us.
T	Tereza Majkutová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Příšerný přístup ze strany zaměstnanců. Pokud je to takovéto na všech pobočkách Pet Center potěš pánbůh... Už u vstupu prodavačka za kasou nepozdravila zpět na náš pozdrav. Také je u vstupu cedulka ve smyslu zákaz vstupu dívání se na zvířátka, což považuji za velmi pro zákaznické (myšleno ironicky). Dále jsme se na prodejně dívaly na klece pro králíčky. Prodavačka ochotně přišla poradit a vše nám sdělila. Jakmile ale zjistila, že je to naše první návštěva na obhlídku nabídky klecí, a že ji ten den kupovat nebudeme, odešla s arogantním výrazem a my se s ní loučily do zad. Na rozloučení samozřejmě nereagovala. Takže tady už nikdy více. Prodejen s chovatelským zbožím je dostatek a tento řetězec už za mě rozhodně ne. Terrible approach from employees. Of course, she did not react to the farewell. So never here again. There are plenty of stores with breeding goods and this chain is definitely not for me.

Konkrétně tuto provozovnu v Brně na Řipske doporučuji zcela uzavřít nebo kompletně vyměnit personal!! A to počínaje vedením pod jménem paní Smutné! Dnes jsem navštívila tuto provozovnu za účelem koupi kralicka,včera jsem si ho byla vyhlidnout..obsluha mi sdělila,ze nezamlouvají (proste kdo driv přijde,ten bere) tak jsem odchazela se slovy, ze si ho zítra přijdeme koupit.. dnešní směna se však těmito pravidly asi neřídí,protože paní si údajně zamluvila kralicka s tím,že si ho po víkendu vyzvedne... když jsem se dožadovala vysvětlení u vedení bylo mi sděleno,ze zamlouvaji do druhého dne,což nedává moc smysl,když si paní přijde až po víkendu!?! Vůbec žádná kompenzace,absolutní nezájem a neprofesionální přístup!! Položila mi vlastně telefon se slovy: tak si třeba stěžujte,je mi to jedno! V životě si v tomto řetězci už nic neporidim! A vsem pejskarum a známým tento zážitek budu neustále připomínat...KATASTROFA!!! Absolutely the worst approach to customers I have ever seen !! I will never say anything in this chain in my life! And I will constantly remind all dogs and friends of this experience ... DISASTER !!!
