Automaticky jsem robotem odkázán na jiné tel. číslo, které když vytočím, také nikdo nebere! To se přátelé píše rok 2022, ale zjevně musím svůj problém dojet přes půl Prahy vyřešit na PSSZ osobně, protože soudružky telefony brát nebudou. I do not understand at all why the PSSZ lists a telephone contact on its website that it is not possible to call. I am automatically linked by a robot to another phone number, which when I dial, no one also takes it! This is the year 2022, friends, but obviously I have to get my problem over half of Prague to solve at PSSZ in person, because comrades will not take the phones.
K	Kryštof Zuska on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paní úřednice, s níž jsem přišel do styku byla sice ok, ale jinak celý tento úřad je naprostá katastrofa. Dlouhé čekání, lidé si nemají kam sednout, je tam pár židlí, mnohé rozbité, není prostor, kde vyplňovat formuláře. Chudáci pracovníci, co za to nemohou, v jakém prostředí pracují a lidé (oprávněně) jsou naštvaní. Měl by to vidět nějaký jejich nadřízený, co se tady děje a jak to tu vypadá - v roce 2022. The clerk I came in contact with was okay, but otherwise this whole office is a complete disaster. Long waits, people have nowhere to sit, there are a few chairs, many broken, there is no space to fill out forms. Poor workers who are not to blame, the environment in which they work and people (rightly) are upset. One of their superiors should see what is happening here and what it looks like here - in 2022.
N	Nela Penceva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Úřednice jsou velmi milé a vstřícné, jen se zde čeká bezne i tři hodiny, pokud se neobjednate přes internet, ale ja ještě před pár dny netušila, že budu potřebovat vytisknout potvrzení a kdybych se objednala, tak čekám třeba 2 měsíce na volný termín a to už by mi ten papír byl k ničemu. Potřebuji ho kvůli nástupu do prace The clerks are very nice and helpful, just waiting for three hours, if you do not order online, but I had no idea a few days ago that I would need to print a receipt and if I ordered, I would wait for example 2 months for a free date and that the paper would be useless to me. Výše zmíněné dámy pro mne v posledních třech týdnech udělaly skutečně mnoho nadstandartních kroků, které určitě nejsou náplní jejich práce, nechci být konkrétní aby se to proti dámám neobrátilo. Věřím, že české úřady nebo minimálně pražské v posledních letech urazily ohromnou cestu a přístup těchto osob mi dává naději, že se vše bude zlepšovat i nadále. Děkuji, Martin Bilík P.S. Mých 5 hvězd nechápejte prosím jako spokojenost s OSSZ ale jako absolutní spokojenost s přístupem výše zmíněných. The above-mentioned ladies have really taken a lot of above-standard steps for me in the last three weeks, which are certainly not the content of their work, I do not want to be specific so that it does not turn against the ladies. I believe that the Czech authorities, or at least the Prague authorities, have come a great way in recent years, and the attitude of these people gives me hope that everything will continue to improve. Thank you, Martin Bilík P.S. Please do not understand my 5 stars as satisfaction with OSSZ but as absolute satisfaction with the approach of the above.

I have been trying to reach them on the phone for 3 days and when I finally did, the lady hung up on me saying that I have to call somewhere else. Their call center number that they have on their website doesn't exist. LOL.

O	Oleg Veselov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strange system of queues - nobody knows where to go, no digital queue, only one security guy pass people in strange random order. Until you can get in, you must wait on the street (thanks, we were warmly dressed and the weather was not rainy). I left 2 stars (not 1) only because really decent employees work inside, who tell everything very well. Please, resolve this problem with queues.
