★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Výdej parkovacích karet je plynulý a vcelku bezproblémový, pokud máte předem nachystané všechny potřebné dokumenty. Jen ten jejich on-line systém moc nefunguje, takže když potřebujete cokoli vyřídit, stejně tam musíte osobně. Po letech provozu je taky konečně napadlo, že by mohli brát platební karty - hurá.

Only their online system doesn't work very well, so if you need to do anything, you still have to go there in person. After years of operation, they also finally thought that they could take credit cards - hooray.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ odborna kvalita nekterych osob na prepazkach je kompenzovana neprijemnym jednanim se zakazniky. a pokud vedouci omlouva pochybeni uradu slovy "jenze my jsme za to hodnoceny", namisto aby reagovala slovy "omlouvame se za nase pochybeni", tak je neco v neporadku!
the professional quality of some persons at the counters is compensated by unpleasant behavior with customers. and if the leader apologizes for the misconduct of the saying "only we are evaluated for it", instead of responding with the words "sorry for our misconduct", then something is wrong!

Paní vedoucí Vidnerová jedná tak arogantně, jako by se to naučila už za Gottwalda.
Systém nefunguje, místo omluvy a nabídky nějakého řešení po občanovi vypiskuje.
Nechápu, jakto že zaměstnanci s tímto přístupem mohou takto jednat s veřejností!
